Yes, Stellar Blade is adding crossover content inspired by smartphone gacha game, NIKKE: Goddess of Victory.
It looks like you’ll be able to dress heroine Eve in a variety of outfits from the mobile title, including Rapi, Alice, Dorothy, and more. There’ll also be some new environments and boss battles to discover.

In other words, as promised by developer Shift Up, the game is coming to the PC in June. So, there’s lots of life left in Stellar Blade yet then, and plenty of incentive to come back to the game.

Shift up are becoming one of the best studios out there. the gift that KEEPS on giving
The only SOP announcement that interested me, haven't played Nikke but another update is always nice (if I can ever get around to getting far enough in the game to use them)
They didn't explicitly say, but I expect this is paid DLC like the Nier crossover was.
The fact they didn't announce it was free DLC supports that assumption.
Probably as close as we'll get to Nikke on PS5
PC players get to enjoy this great game.
@RobN Well yeah since Nier was paid, expect this to be the same. I just wonder if it will be the same price or not. Other than that I'm excited to get that first outfit.
@RobN Nothing in this world is free man
I'll buy this if the price is reasonable.
Ok actually new places and enemies along with the outfits. I'll definitely pick it up
@IceClimbersMain It was seriously the only one that interested you? How???
I can literally name the only games throughout the entire presentation that didn't interest me (Monster Hunter, Digimon, Yakuza, Saros). Everything else I'd consider getting for the right price
Edit: Forgot that WWE game. Also don't care about that
@James_42 I'm probably in the minority on a Playstation forum, but I don't care for the shooters or the big "wow look at how realistic this guy's face is, here's no gameplay and it launches in 2026." I mean, don't get me wrong, the Naughty Dog Intergalactic Heretic whatever game from the Game Awards caught my interest but none of these other games really hit for me.
My personal, realistic hopes for this State of Play was Astro Bot dlc, Stellar Blade updates, a new look at the new Fatal Fury game, some kind of Square Enix JRPG (wasn't expecting KH4 but DQ12 has been announced for years), and something cool for VR2. That isn't to say that I'm disappointed, my wishlist is small so even though this was all that got announced I'm very much looking forward to it.
@IceClimbersMain Well the only game that fits your criteria in the first paragraph was Saros as I think it was the only game we didn't see gameplay for.
Also there were several title for PSVR2 in the State of Play. There were games I was on the fence about but then 'PSVR2' popped up at the end of its trailer and it made me immediately on board to play at some point.
@James_42 I was also thinking of that Alien-but-not-Alien game, yeah there might have been some in-game cinematics but I couldn't really tell what was going on.
Yeah there were a couple of PSVR2 titles but just like you I wasn't immediately hooked by the trailer itself, the game has to interest me without saying it's for PSVR2. I'm not gonna go from 'eh I don't care about this' to 'wow VR? I gotta play it.' Like I remember when Synapse was announced, I was hyped for that trailer.
@IceClimbersMain I think the game you're referring to was the one made by Supermassive? They made Until Dawn, The Quarry and The Dark Pictures games (which this is one of), so you should be able to tell what kind of game it is based off of that alone lol.
I agree that a game has to at least vaguely interest me before revealing it's for PSVR2. The games shown that were for it, I was on the fence about and maybe would've picked them up a few years after launch on sale - but now I'd consider getting them around launch maybe
@James_42 Yeah I guess I'm pretty disconnected from this stuff because I don't recognize any of those games you mentioned. It still looks good, just not for me.
This looks great but really I’m hoping we get a stellar blade 2!
@IceClimbersMain I'm surprised you haven't heard of Until Dawn - it released back in 2015 and was decently popular. It even got a Remake in October 2024 and is getting a movie (that looks like it'll suck lol).
As someone that has played a decent amount of their games now, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Until Dawn is a great game but other than that they haven't made anything good (actually, they made 2 VR games, Rush of Blood and Switchback, that were both really good. However, their usual games (choice driven, Telltale-esque) are very bad after Until Dawn. I'd consider The Quarry a genuine 4/10 and it's possibly the worst AAA game I've ever played lmao
