The remastered version of PS4 cult classic Days Gone will come with tons of new content, including six spangly new Trophies to unlock.

Writing on social media, developer Bend Studio teased the new trinkets PS5 players can look forward to, many of which revolve around new mode Horde Assault.

Here’s the full list of additions:

More Freakers, More Problems
Defeat an increased size horde in Horde Assault
I’m On Top of the World
Beat the target score for all levels in Horde Assault
Freakshow
Survive Horde Assault for 15 minutes
Survivor
Achieve max level in Horde Assault
Dead Don’t Ride
Complete the story of Days Gone in Permadeath mode on any difficulty
Sarah’s Gift
Find something important to Deacon that was thought lost

Horde Assault, for those who haven’t been keeping up, is an all-new arcade-style mode built around the original release’s memorable horde encounters.

If you recall, a big feature of the original game was its ability to render hundreds of Freakers on-screen. Using the power of the PS5, it’s increased the scale of these combat encounters, and you’ll now be tasked with surviving as long as you possibly can in order to earn points and unlock in-game rewards.

Another new feature represented in the Trophies is the permadeath mode, which turns the title into a full-blown survival game. Effectively you’ll need to complete the game without dying, although if you do make a mistake you’ll be able to use a single checkpoint to restart from the beginning of the campaign’s second act.

We’re also intrigued by the Trophy pertaining to the protagonist’s wife Sarah, we wonder if that’ll be a new collectible you need to find or something.

One other thing worth pointing out is that if you import your save from the PS4 version of the game, you’ll automatically unlock all of the Trophies you’ve earned before. Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, for some reason, didn’t offer this feature, so it’s good to get confirmation of that.

Remember, those of you who already own Days Gone can upgrade to the remastered release for $10. Will you be revisiting this largely underrated open world? Let us know in the comments section below.
