Zenless Zone Zero is notorious for its, shall we say, buoyant anatomy. In a recent update for the HoYoverse gacha, there was controversy when the developer made it more difficult to peek up characters’ skirts. That decision was quickly reversed.
Now everyone’s talking about the mog’s bollocks – credit to Eurogamer.net for that pun, we just had to borrow it.
The new update for the game has added ambient animals to its city hub areas. This makes the world feel much more alive, as cats and dogs go about their business while you turn in your daily tasks.
However, those paying even closer attention noticed that said male moggies have got a little jigglier, as their testicles sway from side-to-side as they casually strut the streets.
It’s an amusing addition, but not all that surprising: one of the game’s newest 4-Star characters, Pulchra, is a kind of cat-lady with a heaving chest. May as well make sure the real felines measure up, eh?

Well... I guess this isn't too far off from RDR 2's horse balls mechanics lol
At least the Red Dead horse bollocks were realistic!
Now cats can do doggystyle 😄.Word up son
This...is modern gaming.
What even is this game
So... you'd like to see some more cats with balls, huh?

@johncalmc It's Zenless Zone Zero. Rizzless Region Renumerated. ZZZ.
No idea what the game actually is. All I ever see is porn, scantily clad women (And men), and people talking about pulls. At no point have I actually heard anything about.....the game....part of this video game.
Then again, this is also the same people (I assume people, could be AI with the way they're churning stuff out) that made Genshin Impact, which I at least know is some kind of open world thing, and Honkai Star Rail, which much like this, all I know of it is absolutely massive Honkais. Huge badongas.
Seriously I have no damn idea what these games are and no one actually seems to ever report on that. Just new waifus are available now and jiggle physics of a cat's KP nuts.
@Haruki_NLI It wouldn’t even shock me if HoYo were a front for an evil AI overlord. Get the humans hooked on their dopamine addiction then bleed them dry.
@Haruki_NLI they are free competent games which are heavily "inspired" by other games (e.g. Genshin is very much "inspired" by Breath of the Wild) and most can be played on your phone. As they are free, the games are gacha games, meaning important progression is tied to items you only can acquire by pulling for them via random loot boxes. This pulling requires a currency you can acquire with real money, or by doing (daily) quests. Often (always?) these gacha games are predatory in many different ways, as some items are only available for limited time only (i.e. "banners"). Got into Infinity Nikki myself, which is a fun 3d platformer with gongeous graphics, but also got out of it (as I am not really into the dress up part of the game, where the gacha is oriented at)
@Bramble @nessisonett So I just took a quick look on social media - its all porn, so thats not giving me answers. So to the old Wikipedia I go and....3 paragraphs on the gameplay, one stating context for the gameplay in world, one stating 2D Dungeon crawler and 3D action hack and slash (No elaboration on either), and then one mentioning there are Combo attacks and a time of day system.
The rest of the several thousand word article is then on story.
I'm starting to think this might be a choose your own adventure book.
@Haruki_NLI You’ve just made me think of the greatest money making idea of all time, Fighting Fantasy with microtransactions. Skip pages for a quid. Revive yourself for a fiver. All of the profit, even less fun!
Cat balls to rival horse balls
This is the true gaming experience in 2025!
@Haruki_NLI The combat is actually great!
@Bramble
You wasted your time trying the explain, lad is clearly just looking to take the piss because he doesn't agree with the way the game is presented.
Well we got:
I say the cycle is complete 🤣
Equality. That is what this is. Also hilarious.
@nessisonett Project 86’s track Skinjob is literally this. We’re on the way to signing away our existence to big anime boobies. Save us.
@Haruki_NLI Generally speaking the chinese game industry is quite heavily invested in AI art for a few years now. Most places are using AI art to some degree or experimenting with it but China is pretty much all in on it. There were articles a year or two back of multiple studios laying of artists because of it
