My Name Is Mayo: Remayo PS5 PS4

The game that arguably started it all, iconic Trophy hunting game My Name Is Mayo has returned this April Fool's Day in a PS5, PS4 remaster that's available now. My Name Is Mayo: Remayo costs just £1.69 / $1.99 and boasts of "revamped 4K graphics" and "50 Trophies including a Platinum!"

A Trophy guide has already been uploaded to YouTube, and exactly one minute and 52 seconds of gameplay footage is enough to reveal how you can unlock all 51 digital gongs. The remastered version's Trophy list appears to be mostly the same as the original, simply requiring you tap on a jar of mayonnaise hundreds of times.

"You will ReLive its story, ReUnpackage the emotional baggage, and (maybe) you will ReLearn from them while unlocking 50 coveted trophies," the PS Store description excitedly pitches. "This is the touching story about a Mayo Jar, ReMade! ReMayo!"

You could argue My Name Is Mayo was one of the originators that gave birth to the trend of ridiculously easy Platinum Trophies on PlayStation, which have since given way to copycat slop and insulting AI knockoffs. In the moment, though, My Name is Mayo was a revelation for Trophy enthusiasts. It spawned two sequels on PS5 and PS4, and now we're returning to the beginning this April Fool's Day.
