@MoleZandor It does work. Sometimes you have to fiddle with the USB stick (giggity) in order to get it to work. Mine wasn't working either. Put the the usb stick it all the way and then slowly pull it out just enough to where the ridges on the stick are snug with the input jack on the ps4. You should see the light on the usb stick start to flash continuously and the icon should appear on your PS home screen. Hope this helps!
