I have a launch PS4 and a launch PS4 Pro.
Both consoles were noisy in a tight TV cabinet until I took the back off to let them breathe.
They both still heat up and sound loud during certain games especially recent AAA games such as TLOU2.
If you drag the consoles out and stand them vertically with lots of room for airflow it makes a huge difference.
I think the same will happen with PS5. If you store it horizontally in an enclosed TV stand it will heat up and the fan will get louder. And early titles are unlikely to push the CPU, GPU & SSD to their limits like later titles. We will see over time I guess.
