@Gunnerzaurus In fairness, perhaps pay-to-win was a tad strong, but purchasable fatality tokens and an impetus on grinding are more the issue. Thanks for pointing this out!
@AhmadSumadi funnily enough I started it up at about 2am this morning and fell straight back into the loop. As far as “games as a service” goes, I’d argue Div 2 is the most feature-complete at launch - hopefully we’ll see some more support this year!
@Lovespuds I was the same! I still can’t bring myself to play Resi 7, but there’s something about the third-person viewpoint that makes Resi 2 much more palatable for me. Have a great 2020 yourself!
@Neolit that’s why it’s titled “the PS4 generation” as opposed to just the PS4 - it’s not solely focused on PlayStation because these are industry trends that exist outside of the Sony ecosystem. Hope this helps!
@hotukdeals hi! The review is short because in an effort to be able to provide a broader coverage of games that might be lost in the shuffle, PushSquare are publishing “mini-reviews” of 300 words or less.
I really enjoyed my time with Rebel Cops, so if you’re into turn-based tactics games I really think you’ll have a great time.
@madcow78 believe it or not, the constant action never felt oppressive in terms of motion sickness. The "jump" can take some getting used to, but the same movement is also used for wall-running - you hop along the surface at your own pace.
That said, your mileage may vary. I got my PSVR about a month or so ago and have acclimatised somewhat, though RIGS still has me feeling a bit queasy! Hope this helps!
@invictus4000 hey! Sorry you didn't find everything you wanted in the review, I felt it more pertinent to focus on the game's structure. The VR essentially allows you to turn and look around the environment around the "table" the match is played on, while also allowing you to look directly at other players' avatars.
Finally, yes there are chat options and play is for "up to four players", meaning you can play with fewer. From memory, I couldn't say whether bots can fill in empty spots though - I tested in both multiplayer and single-player but would have to check the menus for that!
@Bliquid I’ve lost faith that D3 will fare any better - hence my “bated breath” comment in the article. I’ll certainly be waiting it out and hoping Bungie can win back some confidence!

@BatPerson just the ones mentioned in the intro!

@Gunnerzaurus done!

Re: Risk of Rain 2 - Frantically Challenging Action Makes for Compelling Co-Op
@Ridwaano alas, no. Once the explosions and effects ramp up I'd imagine it'd be tough to keep a consistent performance across both displays.

Re: Mini-Mech Mayhem - Silly Turn-Based Strategy from the Makers of Velocity
@C0NNERS its more about adapting to sheer chaos than any well-laid plans, if that helps!
Re: Mini-Mech Mayhem - Silly Turn-Based Strategy from the Makers of Velocity
@Wazeddie22 There's plenty of single-player content too, but I'd definitely recommend playing with other players to extend your enjoyment!

Re: Guide: Mortal Kombat 11 - How to Perform All Fatalities
@RevengeFan oops, my apologies. Updated now (along with extra Fatalities).
Re: Soapbox: Destiny 2: Forsaken Has Rekindled My Love for the Game, But at a Cost
@stueyd67 unfortunately you need all CoO and Warmind to play Forsaken, despite neither of them being particularly good 🙁
Re: Soapbox: Destiny 2: Forsaken Has Rekindled My Love for the Game, But at a Cost
@Nakatomi_Uk in essence, you've described the challenge Bungie has to prove they can still deliver. That said, I'm hopeful they do!
