@Mordath17 PS5 makes the PS3 look really good (as it should because the PS3 is under-appreciated!). I really miss old sony, they started going downhill towards the later years of the ps4 generation with the advent of Jim Ryan at the helm (that fanboys swore was the best thing to ever happen to playstation, LOL) and moving their HQ to california. fanboys couldn't see it then but hopefully they do now.

if it’s on pc then there’s no reason for me to get it on playstation , there’s no rush or day 1 purchase for me with this

@Northern_munkey i actually miss the old COD engine from Blacks Ops 4 and back. ever since mw 2019 they’ve been using a battlefield-like engine that feels like a shooter simulator and more realistic which is trash imo . if i wanted that id just play battle field

and they’ve tried new directions before but people didn’t like it , black ops 3 is one of the best CODs but let fanboys tell you - it’s one of the worst because wall running and jetpacks smh

@jrt87 only a handful of loud mouths that can’t fathom playing games with other people are glad concord failed because of live service. most people are glad that it failed because it looks generic , isnt appealing or something new enough, and political reasons

no big deal , crash has been milked already . give us something new even if it’s live service , i don’t care.

@Shrek_Realista has there ever been a paid live service game that shut down shortly after release though? suicide squads still going . devs still keep their servers up for a good while , and when it’s shut down hardly anyone is still left

@ED_209 it’s weird because a huge chunk of ps4 players migrated from xbox which was a huge multiplayer machine. i’d bet that most of the ps4/ps5 user base is former xbox players (atleast in the US)

@FuzzyOtterPaws Did you forget how good overwatch was at the beginning? it was well worth it , and something new and exciting . concord doesn’t hold a candle to 2016-2018 overwatch

@Malaise that’s exactly how i feel, i liked the beta but not for $40 unfortunately . the price tag is bull, so ill buy it when im ready and play instead of day 1 unfortunately

i hope it succeeds; the naysayers most likely don’t even play multiplayer games and are just hating. aside from the bad character designs , and mid maps, something still clicked with me in the beta so i’m giving it a chance . i’m starving for new multiplayers .

@truerbluer the day nintendo puts their games on any other platform, is the day their hardware sales disappear. nintendo gets away with this quality talk because they force people to buy their “quality” hardware. wouldn’t be surprise if people only have their nintendo for just a handful of games .

@Rich33 as dumb as this may sound , what if it’s just a marketing strategy ? remember , you still gotta sign-in/make a psn account to play their games, and any additional sales made on PC , sony gets a cut. Maybe they’re just trying to get the attention of PC elitist more? Anytime a PC player plays their game , they’re signed into playstation & are considered an active user

@Rich33 i sorta agree but think they should put all their multiplayers on PC but be cautious about putting their single players there too. my dualsense spends way more time connected to my PC than PS5 as is

@Azex i agree, but the first games strongpoint is that it’s a pure platformer through and through with strong variety because of its linearity and consistent flow of gameplay . something that a lot of games don’t do anymore because everything’s open world now even with the later sly games

@NEStalgia in connor’s defense , he could whoop every assassin . the combat and brutality in AC3 was one of the positives about it
