well i uninstalled marvel rivals last night 😂 & am back in my multiplayer drought for now so i can finish some games on ps3 like infamous 2 . i gotta say playing this game really puts into perspective how next gen second son was

meh. another 2D anime that most likely has airdashing. i wish we had more 2D fighting games like street fighter , mk & killer instinct, the latter two being dead .

@Jayslow they did exit the console market though, the switch is a handheld & several games still skip their platform

@SlasherZ what’s the difference between a switch lite and a switch ? one comes without a dock .

switch is a literal tablet that can connect to a television like most modern devices can

btw, this isn’t all that tbh. the ps2 has been discontinued for how many years now? it only took the switch (a handheld btw) nearly 10 years to outsell a 30 year old console slow clap

nah 👎 anytime a game tries to be too realistic it sucks imo . a time limit really? the only game that gets away with that is dead rising & it’s even complained about there but it’s a series staple

give us a female protagonist though and allow us to switch from third & first person and unlock skins . that’s better than some wack time limit

@Dragoon1994 i prefer the content & quality of the original trilogy but a crack in time is good too, better than ToD for sure. there aren’t really any bad ratchet games , albeit i never played all 4 one & im gonna try gladiator (deadlocked) soon . cant wait

@Dragoon1994 Nice choices. i have deadlocked in my shopping cart(ps3 store) & need to play it over the holidays; ive always wanted to play it and theres been a resurgence in this games reputation.

also, the third one is great too. playing tools of destruction right after finishing the 3rd game was extremely underwhelming because of how much better the 3rd game is.

i hope they bring the classics to the ps5 someday for you guys, because the original trilogy really is a masterpiece. none of the modern R&Cs compare!

all thanks to the legacy of the PS4 (& 3) and the clueless new generation that don’t know much about playstation. all they care about is their V-bucks & robuxs, CODs , & sports games 😂

@WolverineBub12 the ratchet trilogy on the ps2 is so good. the first game has rough gameplay now , but i wouldn’t say its aged bad at all. its my personal fav & the chemistry & interactions between characters , and the story are the best. another issue may be ratchet himself is too much of an ass in this game, but i wish they didn’t over correct him in the subsequent games .

also which ratchet 4 are you talking about ? tools of destruction or deadlocked?

i can’t believe they don’t have the ratchet trilogy on ps now though, i just finished playing through it last month, they all hold up really good & are still the best games in the series imo. if they were to add these games to ps5 somehow , like they did with the sly trilogy i think id still prefer to play on ps3 - the controller makes more sense for the games for one since its nearly identical to the ps2 controller

i’m enjoying it so i’m really happy about that , finally another multiplayer game to play that isn’t battle royale or a generic fps! this filled the concord & overwatch void for me , but idk how long it’ll last . i love using my man black panther & im so glad he fits my playstyle & reminds me of doomfist from overwatch who was my most played character .

game just needs better maps and a few nerfs to cheap a** projectile and coward snipers though . snipers just HAVE to be in every game huh ?
