A glut of additional PS5 and PS4 games are coming to PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium this week, and as is usually the case, there's a lot of variety on show. March's update, which consists of 13 titles across the two tiers, has everything from sports sim NBA 2K24 to ultra-niche Super Neptunia RPG.
From where we're sitting, Extra highlights include the addictive Marvel's Midnight Suns, the slightly stunted but still good Resident Evil 3, and the solid anime action of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
Meanwhile, on the Premium side of things, we're looking at quality titles like Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, but we can't possibly ignore PS1 classic Cool Boarders.
But that's enough from us — we want to know what you think of these latest PS Plus games. Are you happy with your Extra and Premium offerings? As always, have your say in our polls, and then express yourself in the comments section below.

Cooool Boarders!
Really good month for me and that's goes fot both Extra and Premium tiers. Looking forward to Midnight Suns, Neptunia RPG, DBZ Kakarot and God Eater Burst.
Premium is good this month. Resident Evil 3 is the only good thing on Extra.
Wish Phoenix Wright was on Extra and not Premium. Why is it on Premium anyway? Isn’t it a PS4 game? That game and Cool Boarders is almost enough for me to upgrade.
More people need to play Midnight Suns
I dropped down to Essential a few months back. Zero regrets. I don't think the value is there unless you don't often buy games or are new to PS.
@Stevemalkpus There's always been this annoying thing with Premium where PS5/PS4 remasters are counted as 'old' games alongside PS1 classics and the like.
To me, it just comes off as Sony trying to pad the Premium offerings out.
I'm going to likely be dropping down to extra unless Sony gets those PS2 classics in already. Premium just isn't worth it for PSP games when I have my Vita, which is still the optimal way to play these games because they look nasty blown up on big screens.
The Ace Attorney games are some of my favourite of all time, so if you love story-based games and somehow haven't played them, check them out. Though they were/are on sale for £8 for the original trilogy so it's not great as a Premium offering. As for Extra, I never quite wanted RE3 enough to buy it but I may well try it now.
I usually “Add to collection”. But I know I’ll never play a single one of these.
Does Cool Boarders have trophies?
Still haven’t seen any justification for the price increase. We’ve actually been getting significantly less games the last few months than we were before. I also feel like the games that they have been offering have been of lesser quality as well.
Great month for people who haven’t played any of the games provided. Not sure how many that is, but hey, enjoy them if you got them.
@BamBamBaklava89 yup, couldn’t agree more. Essential has better offerings, which is confusing honestly. Ditched premium for it, and have no complaints.
My premium subscription ends on Friday. Unless I get a good deal on it at some point or they add some brilliant games on it I won't be re-subscribing anytime soon.
It's been good in points and loads of games on it but nothing that makes me want to re-subcribe at the moment
@Clogalis I would bet on it. Get your PS1 Classics version on PS3 while supplies last if you don't have Premium.
@Clogalis it's first party isn't it? If it is I'd guess it would as that seems to be how they are doing trophies on PS1 and PSP classics
I think I’m going to drop down to essential when my sub expires. I can’t honestly think of a single time I’ve played through a complete game on the service. I’ve already dropped Gamepass too. I think I’m just going to stay with NSO and essential for the time being. Subs are sort of a waste of money if you’re buying games at launch.
One of my top 5 wants has always been SSX Tricky playable on new hardware with trophies and so seeing a snowboarding game added to premium gets me hard. Hopefully the rumors are true and PS2 emulation is real...
Neptunia and ace attorney ftw!
The Super Neputina RPG version that's censored? Pass.
I'm looking forward to Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier. I'm not expecting it to be as good as the trilogy, but I'm just happy that I get to play a game in the series that's new to me.
I think this is the first month where i'm not downloading any of the games (extra), really not interested in any of them.
But i'm also realistic and realise months like these can happen, not everyone likes the same thing, and other people might love these games.
There'll be other months where i get stuff i like again.
@NathanKang I assumed it was a terrible live service game and never bothered to look at it....true story.
Nobody cares if you’re or are not cancelling your subscription, trust me nothing could be more boring for everyone else to hear
Why can't they put some decent classic games on there?
Like virtua tennis, or splinter cells, gran turismos?
