State of Play

Another State of Play showcase from Sony has now been and gone, this time sharing news for previously revealed indie and third-party games. A fairly low-key affair for saying it was only the second general State of Play livestream of 2023, but there were a few announcements and reveals to take note of.

The big piece of news was that Final Fantasy VII Rebirth launches for PS5 on 29th February 2024. Other reveals were the Resident Evil 4 DLC Separate Ways, an expansion for Tales of Arise, and focuses on indies like Baby Steps.
