@z0d15g0d - Nothing mentioned about the buffs other than it's happening in 3.4, I expect they will reveal actual details in that versions livestream. I'd love to get another Clara but E1 RM is a no brainer for me. You'll be able to set Clara as a preferred 50/50 loss in 3.2 though, more characters are being added to the standard pool and you can rule out characters like Bailu, Ice boy etc.

@Shigurui Ah that's great then. Looks like I'll be able to get E's for both of them.

@z0d15g0d - They're adding Blade, Fu Xuan and Seele to the standard pool so you can replace Bailu with Seele for example. Their signature LC's aren't getting added to the pool but they're going into an LC store that you can buy with 4 tokens, you get those tokens from the BP. One token from the cheaper BP and two from the premium BP. Pretty much how the premium WuWa BP works for 4* weapons.

@Shigurui Glad they're doing so as no one needs another Bailu. Will Seele be getting buffed also? Do you use RuanMei more than Luocha? Their E1's look similar and with Mydei quickly becoming my main DPS (till he eventually gets creeped) Buffing Luocha might be the better choice.

I just sniped Mydei! Just 23 wishes since Tribbie. That’s my first early since Jingliu over a year ago and my first 50:50 win this year.

What teams are you running with him? I tried Tribbie, Ruan Mei and Gallagher which seemed pretty strong, but it’s doubling res-pen. I don’t have Sunday who is his BiS, might try Bronya instead but that needs speed tuning, which is a bit of a faff.

I haven’t tried Remembrance TB as I also dislike switching between paths frequently and still use them heavily with Firefly. Switching is also a faff. It’s a shame you can’t specify which path in teams and it would stick to it.

Also what weapon are you using with him. Currently I’m using the Rappa Ninja event weapon. Firefly is using A Secret Vow.

@themightyant - Very nice mate, congrats! I'm running him mostly with RMC, Tribbie and Luocha and have Blade's signature LC on him.

@z0d15g0d - I probably use them around the same amount. I wouldn't bother getting E1 Luocha for Mydei tbh, his E1 buffs atk which is pretty useless for Mydei. He doesn't need it with him using HP to increase dmg, similarly it's why using Robin doesn't really do a great deal for him.

Not too sure about Seele getting buffed, so far they only mentioned Blade, Jingliu, Kafka and Silver Wolf. She definitely needs it so it may well happen eventually.

@themightyant Congrats dude. Hopefully you will have similar luck in future wishes.
I run him with Clara/RMC, Luocha and Sparkle. She pushes his CR and CD to insane levels plus turn manipulation.
@Shigurui I just looked at my comment and realised I forgot to add that the E is more suitable for Luocha seeing as Blade and Jingliu are getting buffed so I may be using him more than RM. Atm I only run her on team Firefly.

@z0d15g0d - Personally I really wouldn't bother with Luocha's E1, it's a low value eidolon. RM's 20% def ignore is much more valuable across the board than 20% atk which you can easily get elsewhere. Just my opinion mate.

@Shigurui Lol I asked cause you have a more level head for these things than I do. The atk% buff won't really do squat against tanky toughness bars I'm guessing. What other teams do you use RM in? As I mostly play auto her only visible benefit is the break recovery stun. I know she does RES PEN but I haven't even bothered checking she has the right relics as FF blasts through everything on her own. Have I been sleeping on a solid support?

@z0d15g0d I agree with @Shigurui Ruan Mei’s E1 was seen as “broken” or “overkill” by some at launch and one of those designed to tempt people to spend more to get a second copy. It’s still one of the best in the game. The reasons are: ATK is pretty easy to come by but DEF shred, like RES-PEN, is much harder. More importantly it’s also pretty universal. ATK buff doesn’t work on everyone (e.g. Mydei), whereas these two shreds basically do.

EDIT: yes you’ve been sleeping on her (lol) she’s still top tier on basically every tier list for a reason.

Still if you don’t use Ruan Mei and you do use Luocha it’s a much harder choice. Only you can decide that, every account is different.

I am split between a new character (Luocha) and E1 Ruan Mei, it seems like a no brainer - get a new character right? - but I think her E1 is that good. I’m also at the point of wanting to increase the power of the characters I DO use regularly across a lot of these games. Decisions, decisions…

@z0d15g0d - I use her all over the place. Beside the obvious break delay she amps dmg and spd, if in doubt put RM in the team and and she'll show her value. Not that prydwen or tier lists in general are the be all end all but there's a reason why she rarely, if ever, drops out of their Apex character list.

@themightyant I always thought her E1 had the same effect as Pela's technique. Then again I doubt the internet denizens would call it "broken" if it was the same. What else does it do as the description reads like Pela's tech.
I say go with new character as that gives you more options. If you are still playing years from now I'm sure they will give more opps to get more E's like we are getting now.

@Shigurui Thanks i'll experiment with her on other teams. What relics do you guys use for her? I'm currently using watch maker with a focus on BE at 244% and Penacony sphere.

@z0d15g0d - I have Watchmaker and Messenger sets for her and I swap planars about, Fleet for DoT or Vonwacq for everything else. Mostly use Watchmaker though. I always seem to roll BE subs on anything and everything I level up. Pretty sure every built set I have has some amount of break effect on it!

@Shigurui I hadn't even considered Fleet let alone Vonwacq (I don't think I've used that at all). So I should focus on BE and SPD I guess.

You seem to have crazy gacha luck lol. You find a 4 leaf clover or lick a frog as a child?

@z0d15g0d - Fleet is a bit meh but 8% atk for DoT units is handy as they can use it. Vonwacq has obvious use for ER and getting her ult up asap. I use it on Jiaoqiu too with the Wind set on him. No frogs or clover. My mother was Irish though, luck of maybe lol.
