2023 is yet to let up in terms of the release schedule, with March proving to be another very busy month for PlayStation gamers. It's safe to say that Resident Evil 4 ended up stealing the show, but we can't forget about other highly rated titles like Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Tchia, and Trails to Azure.
Indeed, we handed out some especially high review scores in March. The aforementioned Resi remake landed an extremely rare Push Square 10/10, and we weren't afraid of dishing out a few 9s, either. It's clearly a good time for gaming.
But as always, we want your opinion. Which PS5 or PS4 game was your favourite in March 2023? Vote in our poll, and then tell us what you spent all of your time playing in the comments section below.

Only 68% on Resi 4?😂
Trails to Azure baby!
RE4 by far its not even close.
No contest for REmake
Playing a all time classic like Resident Evil 4 at it's best on PS5 has been a joy.
Didn't like the original RE4, didn't like the remake demo. I guess I'm just a unique special snowflake.
The fact that Trails to Azure was my favourite game in the month that Resident Evil 4 was released just goes to show how highly I rate it.
Re4 is just amazing rn, can't wait for Separate Ways!
RE4 all the way! Just a masterpiece of a game!
I voted for Tchia, but only as I haven't played Re4 yet
As the article says, its good month for gaming..
Fatal Frame, but I understand why people are voting for RE4. I just have no interest in it at the moment.
Big shout for Wo Long, I love it!!
However Resi 4 is just a bit special really.
Okay. I know that @Anti-Matter probably voted for Peppa Pig, but where are those other votes coming from?
RE4 is my favourite game released this March. Ender Lilies Quietus of the Knights is my favourite game I've played.
Wo Long
I have RE4 (2014) somewhere in my Steam library. Good enough.
@Stevemalkpus
Well, probably other user who have interest with Peppa Pig. 🤭
Edit: Gotcha. I voted Peppa Pig just now.
Wo Long 100% all the way!
I will tell you as soon as i get to 2023 games.
Resident Evil 4. A standout in an otherwise 'meh' month for game releases.
@Korgon given your avatar I would expect nothing else. Lol.
@Matroska You are not alone. I've tried getting into the RE games multiple and I've never clicked with them either. I can handle scary or challenging games, but I'm realizing I can't handle stressful games. RE stresses me out to the point of no longer enjoying myself.
Wo Long!
Biggest disappointment: Ryza 3…can’t believe Nintendo Life gave it 9/10
@B_Lindz Well I actually loved RE1, 2, 3 and Code Veronica. RE4 just went way too action-y and silly. You go from RE1 where you're carefully moving around a claustrophobic mansion trying to find ammo and discovering your dead colleagues in various grotesque situations to... (deep breath) doing suplexes on Spanish villagers, backflipping over laser beams, meeting the president's daughter, looking at her large breasts and saying "I guess the president equipped his daughter with ballistics!", having a knife fight with a commando, having a Miss Moneypenny type woman always chatting and flirting with you over a headset, diving head first through third floor closed windows, doing a spin in midair and landing coolly on your feet, fighting enemies with miniguns, villagers drop glowing piles of gold like it was a beat 'em up (and oddly it counts as pesetas even though Spain didn't use pesetas anymore) etc.
The end of RE1 typically had Jill or Chris flying away, shaken and exhausted, with most of their colleagues dead. The end of RE4 was Leon riding off into the sunset on a jet ski with an 18 year old girl draped around him and flirting with him. Not to mention, the story built up over the previous games was unceremoniously resolved and terminated in a couple of sentences in the opening movie.
That said, RE7 and 8 are my equivalent of how you feel about the whole series. They kind of went too far in the other direction for the most part, legitimately unsettling and scary. Me and my friends played 7 in VR. Not one of us would go beyond the first room in the house. 😂
RE4 for me, really enjoying it (didn't play the original) shout out for Dredge though, something completely different and wasn't on my radar until I read the review here.
As amazing as RE4 Remake was I personally enjoyed Wo Long more for some reason. Tough choice nonetheless!
Trails to Azure
Trails to Azure despite technically having bought it like a year ago.
@Matroska most of what you’ve described is my normal day just getting around my kids toys and getting to work
Octopath Traveller 2
Nothing yet, but it'll definitely be Tchia for me first! Then eventually RE4 Remake and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
