Did much happen this week in the video games industry? Can't say we noticed. Seemed like a quiet one, to be honest. Here's what we're playing.
Jamie O'Neill
I'm still making the most of PS1 Armored Core being part of the recent PS Plus Premium picks, before I create SSD space to download one of April 2025's PS Plus Essential games next week.
Liam Croft
I'm now working on some top-secret review and guide projects, so I can't really tell you what I'm playing this weekend. You'll have to wait, Assassin's Creed Shadows!
Robert Ramsey
I'm leaping back into Monster Hunter Wilds this weekend to check out the new update. After what feels like an eternity of Assassin's Creed Shadows, I've been itching to re-immerse myself in Capcom's unbeatable action.
Sammy Barker
I'm in full-on Castorice fanboy mode, as I continue to farm materials for the Honkai: Star Rail newcomer.
Stephen Tailby
I've had several games to review in a row, and this weekend will be dominated by the latest of these: Blue Prince. Look forward to my thoughts soon.
That's what we're playing this weekend, then, but what about you? Which titles are keeping you occupied? Let us know in the comments section below.

This weekend I will play some Diablo 3. Started a new Crusader currently at level 46.
I will play one my childhood memories Bram Stoker's Dracula for the Mega Drive! Awesome soundtrack btw!!!
And for relaxing some Ninja Turtles games from the Cowabunga collection
Happy gaming everyone!!!
Arrived in Japan so no gaming for me just enjoying arriving at our first hotel in Tokyo Bay.
Wrapping up Dragon age Veilguard. Each to their own but I've had an enjoyable time with it.
I’ll be playing atomfall on the 5pro, jet grind radio, jet set radio future on the pc and will be constantly bungling assassinations in hitman on psvr2.
I think i'm not gonna play any games this weekend. But i'm gonna streaming SF 6 Red Bull Kumite LCQ and Finals.
Have a good weekend everyone 🍻
Completed Atomfall so went back to Avowed. Khazan the first berserker demo and plan to get the full game. Assassin's Creed Shadows and will start South Of Midnight next week
Finished off my NG+ of Jedi Survivor (which did feel a bit empty), but im having fun diving back in to the Olympia Peninsula with Pacific Drive which plays really well on the Pro.
Have a great weekend Folks!
So I've just nicely started to learn how to cook in pirate yakuza, got my first legendary in shadows, and still blasting my way through KCD2, Veilguard and BG3 🙂
I had a second Arcade 1up delivered, so it'll be some more retro gaming for me

After finishing Dragon Age Veilguard a couple of weeks ago (and loving it!) I have been playing Silent Hill 2 remake,20 hours in so far and really enjoying it! Shame it's way too dark sometimes.
Assassins Creed Shadows - and I love it!
After finally getting the platinum last week, I managed to finish off the last few trophies in the Returnal Ascension mode last night
Now I'm still working my way through the last few relics in Crash 2, and I'm also tempted to play through Croc as well with the new remaster
Vampire Survivors on the Switch, absolutely love this game!
GTA Online on PS5 with some mates, finished the prep so it’s the Doomsday heist today. I thought I was done with the game yonks ago but a few friends have pulled me back in haha.
And I wouldn’t mind playing Darkest Dungeon on the PC providing my son gets off the bleeding thing.
Enjoy your gaming weekend everyone!
Working on First Beserker of Kahazan still along with Atomfall as well.
I’d like to wrap up both next week so I can begin to prepare for Expedition 33
If time allows I’ll also chip away at building my team in The Show 25 and I’ll work through Prince of Persia
Lastly on the switch I started Thank Goodness You’re Here and it’s brilliant. Humor is top notch.
Greetings fellow video game enthusiasts. I have a stand-up gig tonight but Sunday will be all about Kingdom Hearts 3, which I’m very enjoying. See you on the other side, fellow video game enthusiasts.
I’ve got Ac Shadows and Deliver us the moon this weekend. I’m also trying to fit in some more Like a dragon pirate yakuza; but Shadows has kinda taken over my life.
More PlayStation for me!
I'm also going to try and play through as many of my Switch games as I can before Switch 2 comes out, so I need to pick a game to play later.
It's also co-op day and we'll be starting Ark: Survival Ascended.
Nothing much this weekend, just a little bit of Livelock and perhaps a bit of mp on Castle Crashers depending on availability.
I will finally be starting my Resident Evil odyssey in earnest on Wednesday though with the REmake of the original. REally looking forward to it!

Shadowrun: Hong Kong and ANNO: Mutationem. I love all things cyberpunk.
@Bentleyma nice one. Gotta love some classic GT.
I have to admit I also have a desire to play more switch games now. I think there's a part of my brain that wants to convince me I want the new one and that I need to justify it
Just the incredible Assassin's Creed Shadows. 80 hours so far.
Ac Shadows for me and probably a bit of Black Ops 6 on PS5 and continue Gears 3 replay on Xbox game still holds up pretty well and just makes me want a remastered collection to come to Playstation even more.
Continuing my BMW play through, on Chapter 5 end boss now and he's more problematic than he should be! Also some twisted Metal on the portal!
Happy gaming folks
Slow? For me it was very busy gaming week, juggling Atelier Yumia (biggest Atelier game), AI Limit (surprisingly enjoyable giving my soulslike fatigue) and Afterimage.
Seriously, play Afterimage. It's the largest Metroidvania in existence, beautiful, fully voiced and dirt-cheap right now. Go play it right now. On hard difficulty and with Chinese voices. You'll thank me later.
That's it for this week, stay safe, love each other and have a happy weekend.
Rise of the Rōnin: Really enjoying the feudal Japan setting and mastering different styles of weaponry. The story is appropriately complex and the world is visually well-realized (despite others apparently doing it better). A fun time sink for sword fighting aficionados.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Breakout Beyond again this weekend.
The first berzerker khazan and a lot of dirt 2.0 and EA wrc rally..have a great weekend folks 👍
Arma Reforger.
Have a great weekend!
I’m trying to make sense of Xenoblade Chronicles X. I hardly have a clue what is going on tbh and I played the other 3. I am having some fun figuring it out though, so we’ll see.
Also picked up the fantastic Hyper Light Drifter on the Steam Deck, it looks glorious on that OLED screen 🤤
Also I have been playing a bit of Final Fantasy 5 on my RG35XX recently. It’s not bad!
My anxiety is taking a hammering this weekend with a kids birthday party and followed by a few drinks with some brand new friends. All I really want to do is have a glass of wine and play Atomfall, which continues to be a great time. Here's hoping for a cancellation 😂
Have a boss weekend all and happy gaming 👍
@ApostateMage I haven't played anno mutationem yet, but the trailer in particular the sound track of the trailer intrigued me. Is the in-game sound track any good ?
PlayStation 5Pro - completed Uncharted 5 last night, not as good as 4 but it warmed up after the halfway point. Next up R&C Rift Apart, more God of War and Wipeout Omega Collection. Also need to check out RoboCop on PS Plus.
XSX - looking forward to South of Midnight next week but until then F1 2024, AoE4, and Forza Horizon 4 (just realised that’s quite a few 4s)
Have a good one everyone.
I am still playing hitman on psvr2. But now ran into the save file issue, and so I am presumably will wait for a patch. In the mean time I am enjoying my time (again) with the wonderful adventure Wanderer" now on psvr2.
I have some ideas for some cool Assassin's Creed Shadows assassinations, parkour, combos and general mayhem. I just need to get my head fully around the controls after KCD2. I keep pressing down to check gear in the menu and accidentally whistling at enemies, for example 🙈
Taking my time to slowly delve into Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a complex game to find your groove with, but I feel like it’s going to be worth the investment.
Thought I could play other games but Baldur's Gate 3 hardly let's you. The graphics is just so sweet looking first off. This feels like the truest RPG in a long time. Oh and Astarion is such a memorable character, makes me laugh all the time when he simply opens his mouth, no wonder the voice actor won the award at TGA. This all I can type, in a hurry to get back to it. What a game!
Grinding away at those crowns in MH Wilds for the platinum, as well as checking out the new content. Fought Mizutsune this morning and it was a fun fight - gear perks are a little niche though.
And a bit more AC Shadows if time allows - doing everything bar the main quest line due to my map clearance addiction.
@gaston From what I've played so far, it's your typical moody synthwave which is always cool. Sets the mood perfectly.
Played A Short Hike last night, got to the "end" in one sitting but there's plenty more to be done.
A bit of Elden Ring in between, for when I fancy a bit more jeopardy about my explorations.
Trails in the Sky Second Chapter for me this weekend. About 8 hours in and loving every second.
I'm also toying with the idea of having a back-to-back run through of some of my all-time favourite games, the Max Payne trilogy.
Enjoy the weekend.
MH Wilds, fought the Zoh Shia twice because the randoms that joined my quest the 1st time got obliterated by it lol. Gonna fight it some more for the amazing gear
Xenoblade X, admittedly haven't had as much time to play this as I would've liked this week. Went on a expedition to install a bunch of probes in oblivia and got a few cool party members. That's about it. Hopefully can really dig in this weekend
Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster
I can see why people think it's one of the best if not the best FF
Really enjoying it
WWE 2K25 and Metaphor Refantizo
This weekend is all about The First Berserker: Khazan. I’m roughly 60% through the game and intend on getting the platinum trophy. Will it be possible? I’m not sure, but I believe so. My first playthrough is on normal difficulty — the highest there is — and doing a no summon run, whilst completing every side quest.
TFB plays like Sekiro and has the level design and combat of NiOH. With that said, I think this game balances all three of those comparisons and forms its own identity. It’s not reliant on its parrying similar to Sekiro, or any other gameplay element in From Software’s library. As a result, it succeeds in all of those components, it feels like it stands toe-to-toe with any game in this genre.
I absolutely love this game despite how difficult it can be at times. In fact, there have been two or three boss fights that genuinely had me questioning if I could really persevere. In some instances I was stuck on a boss fight for an entire day, tempted to change the difficulty or quitting entirely.
However, the beauty of this game is learning patterns with each attempt. Eventually, those hardest bosses can turn into a no damage encounter almost. I know these types of games — Soulslike — aren’t for everyone, and the punishment can be less fun; but if you are a fan of this genre then I encourage you to give this game a go.
Aside from that, I’m still slowly chipping away in Xenoblade Chronicles X. I’m doing an affinity mission here, a side quest there, and some story missions interspersed between them. I’ve made it to chapter six and things are heating up. I’m very excited to receive my Skell and see how much it changes the gameplay.
Finally got round to starting Metaphor: ReFantazio, which I am very much enjoying. Currently about 32 hours into it, so I'm not sure how much longer I have left to go...
@roe I couldn’t pinpoint why I picked up my Switch again this week either but I think you solved it. The justification that I deserve the new one because the original still gets used!
Me (and my summons) will be continuing along in First Berserker Khazan. Loving it. Have a great weekend everyone.
I've been playing a lot of shorter games while listening through rateyourmusics top 40 Atmospheric Drum and Bass albums.
Untamed Tactics

It's like a furry XCOM. Kinda average tactical SRPG.
The Flame in the Flood

Post-apocalypse Americana river roguelike sim. I killed a lot of wildlife and made some rabbit mittens.
OTXO

It's basically Hotline Miami in b&w as a roguelike. Lacks the magic of those games, though.
More Morrowind in VR

It's so good. I also found these great comics of ecm-artist that should be very recognizable to anyone playing the game.
For a nice contrast I'm on Atomfall and Croc, once I return from birding with my son and my dad
AC Shadows, just got Alan Wake 2 Deluxe edition in the sale and Silent Hill 2, so dropping in and out them three games.
@Perturbator A Flame in the Flood has such a great atmosphere, and the music is excellent.
Hitman on psvr2 😀
PS4 - Bloodborne
PSP - Colin McRae Rally 2005
Busy weekend ahead but on the gaming front I’ve got more Assassin’s Creed Shadows to play. My Sega Saturn just showed up in the mail, so I’m going to spend some time playing some Nights into Dreams. I jumped straight from the Genesis to the Dreamcast but I’ve always wanted a Saturn so I decided to finally treat myself. Have a great weekend!!!
I have played RoboCop until my sub ran out. The game is great 😃 I thought it would be OK, but it is better than OK, and such a shame to see the sub run out. I will probably continue the trend of buying subs for a month if the essential tier keeps on rocking it!
If done correctly it's 6 games for the price of a month's sub. I even snuck in a 16-hour run of Bioshock: Infinite before RoboCop became available.
Then I tried Hades and I like it. Will play here and there for an hour at a time, maybe. Abandoned it for Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments and are enjoying it. I bought a bundle of Sherlock games in a DEEP sale because I liked Ace Detective (No idea which version with so many available) which also was cheap at some point.
I am NOT playing KCD 2 or BG3 because I am so tired all the time (when playing).
GTA, bringing the chaos and carnage!
I’ll be continuing on with Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, which often feels like the Seinfeld of video games. Loving it.
@Fiendish-Beaver Metaphor is a huge game. I have around 100 hours into it but I tried to do everything I could, including the dragon trials which I found quite difficult (never did the final one as it one-hit kills me right off the hop 🤷♂️). Still, at 32 hours I imagine you have a ways to go yet. Hope it keeps its hooks in you, I enjoyed it immensely.
Happy gaming!
Playing The last of Us Part 2 for the 3rd time (since launch), but on PC this time - for the achievements, and to brush up on the events for the upcoming Season 2 of the show.
Have a fun weekend everyone!
Just got the plat on lego horizon and started AC Shadows last night. Loving it so far
I've finally finished Avowed and thoroughly enjoyed it!
I've been playing ' prince of Persia the lost crown' today and it's really excellent, well crafted with lots of options to tune it to your abilities. So far it's fantastic.
I'm downloading Assassin's Creed Shadows now that I've finished Avowed as my new virtual world to get lost in 😄
Whatever you are playing this weekend, I hope you have fun!
I finished Atomfall last night. It is worth playing, but I wish I liked it more than I do. The premise and exploration are top notch, but the combat and movement are not great. Those things really start to drag on the game as you get into harder areas. I was ready for it to be over when the credits rolled.
Sadly, work commitments will leave almost no time for gaming from Monday until next weekend. I need a short game I can complete or just enjoy Saturday and Sunday. Maybe now is when I finally get to New Tales From the Borderlands? Or finally give Ballatro a spin?
I've a D&D session in the afternoon but before that I'm chasing the Dragon's Dogma 2 platinum.
Just 5 trophies left, not counting the plat, and they're all fairly handy. Just time consuming.
Playing Trails Through Daybreak. A breath of fresh air after the Cold Steel slog. Almost caught up!
AC Shadows and Rush Rally Origins
Continuing to dig into the Monhunt update. I really want to A tank the Rathian fight but I'm struggling with SnS/Hammer.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard and Elder Scrolls Online. My wife says I’m obsessed with elves and dragons lol.
@Perturbator Flame & Flood looks cool. I’m gonna check it out. Thanks.
Real Life for me.
@Marquez Yeah that's one I left the music on for, very nice atmosphere in the game.
@AhmadSumadi I think you'll like it, especially if you like more forgiving roguelikes. Also the dog companion is a very good boy!
I like to do everything too, @Jimmer-jammer, so I guess I have at least another 70 hours to go then, and that's without all the restarts... 😂
I've been avoiding the souls games for years but they finally clicked with me. Beat Lies of P last night, incredible game. Now on to Khazan the First Bezerker. Already about 8 hours in but will spend the next few weeks tackling that bad boy. Another banger so far.
@EfYI Robocop was way better than it had any right to be. I loved Crimes and Punishment, but could not get into any of the other Sherlock games. There were just too many confusing mechanics that did not gel for me.
Bit more Snowrunner and Raganarok platinum runs. They are taking foreverrrrrr. Have a good one folks
Baldur's Gate 3
I guess I lied when I said I was about to finish Act 2 last weekend. Still going, but I think I'm really about to finish the second Act this time.
Diving into MH Wilds Title Update 1 this weekend. I don't expect I'll play anything else.
Happy Hunting!
Atelier Yumia. As someone who's been playing the Atelier series since the very beginning, it's really nice to see the game actually matures with their audiences.
The new combat system was great, the new open world gameplay loop was still addictive, and somehow they managed to make a new alchemy system that keeps the title fresh after all these years.
And easy 9/10 from me.
1. AC Shadows
2. F1
Unicorn Overlord. It looks like I may finish it in time to play Clair Obscure when it comes out.
Microsoft Wordament (Android) - Adventure mode and Dailies as usual.
Final Fantasy (Windows Phone) - I'm finally in the endgame now.
Droplitz Delight (Windows Phone) - Still playing here and there.
@Fiendish-Beaver Here’s hoping 70 more hours is a good thing! A friendly piece of advice, stock up on Reset and Amnesty talismans when you get the chance…Really saved my life down the stretch 😄
This weekend I will mostly be playing some Fallout 76, Gran Turismo 7 and maybe some Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, although as my tinnitus is feeling a little spicey right now, I can't see that game having the same impact...
"What? What is that noise? Is that supposed to be someone talking? What? Who said that? What are they saying? Hello?"
@KilloWertz I was looking at the platinum guide for BG3 man it looks tough! Especially for a completely inexperienced D&D player. I love a tough plat, Demons/Bloodborne/Rebirth but this may be a step too far 😁
I Still have one Trophy left before I platinum Dragons Dogma 2 After that I Intend to Play Saga Emerald beyond.
I´ll continue playing Ys VIII - Lacrimosa of Dana on PS5 and yesterday started Planet of Lana to mix it up little bit.
Tomorrow I´m looking forward to F1 GP in Japan, some darts and of course Manchester derby in PL.
Have a nice weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
@playstation1995 Fair play, I've never actually heard of Rogueside's 2015 PS4 run-and-gun game Guns, Gore and Cannoli before.
I'd never heard of Rogueside as a developer too, for that matter, so you're educating me about a retro modern game here.
I've looked into Guns, Gore and Cannoli after you mentioned it.
It turn out that Guns, Gore and Cannoli is an interesting take on a side-scrolling run-and-gun platform game with a unique setting of Vinnie Cannoli as a member of the mob, who fights off zombies during the prohibition era in 1925!
That's a premise that grabs a gamer's attention!
I can't recall many games that are set in the roaring twenties, all I can think of is L.A. Noire, which took place much later in 1947.
I've read some comments on a YouTube video, which compares Guns, Gore and Cannoli's visual style to a 2010 PS3 title that I used to enjoy called Shank.
I've accumulated a big backlog of bargain releases on sale recently, alongside having many of my PS Plus Essential and Premium games to play, but I'll still make a note to remember Guns, Gore and Cannoli based upon your recommendation.
As always, have a great weekend, my friend, and may all of Push Square's WAYPers enjoy gaming on this weekend.
@carlos82 awesome 👍 I have 5 so far plus the starwars pinball, you can get some really cheap these days. All comes down to space 😬
MH WILDS of course!
And may be Civ7 since there has been quite a few updates.
@JamieO it's a amazing guns gore and cannoli is so good that there's a guns gore and cannoli 2.word up son
I'm at the end of RE:7 this game lacks enemy variety is my only complaint about this game
@Feffster UNCHARTED 5 when did that come out😁
Assassin’s Creed shadows. Just canceled Gamepass for a bit because I realized I will be in Japan for a few months lol.
Still playing Split Fiction with my son. It is taking us longer because we have spent so much time killing each other in inventive ways. Sometimes I think the game is designed with that purpose in mind. Haven’t laughed so much during a game in a long time, if ever. I only wish it were cross generation so I could do it all over again on the PS4 for another platinum. I hate to see it end.
Been playing Helldivers 2, Gran Turismo 7 and Underdogs. Underdogs is a VR mech combat roguelike with incredibly brutal combat. I’ve plucked an enemy out of midair and used it to club it’s buddies, held an enemy down on the ground with one hand and chopped it to pieces with a heavy blade, backhanded an enemy so hard it flew into the guy behind it and charged through a hoard of small bots in order to avoid getting surrounded. Good times.
I’m playing AC Shadows. I’m a little over 20 hours in and am digging the story so far. Also, I’m on MH Wilds for the new update and to grind out some endgame gear and crowns. Finally, playing Split Fiction w my daughter. Cheers!
@Zuljaras I've never played the Mega Drive version of Dracula but I have nostalgia for the Gameboy version. I never ended up getting very far because I was young and not experienced at videogames at the time I played it. Our Gameboy broke and my dad threw away our game cartridges including Dracula and a 007 game the only ones we still had was Tetris which was lost at the time. We found another Gameboy at a church rummage sale it was light green with Super Mario Bros. Deluxe and my main first exposure to Mario games. I never ended up beating Dracula but being an experienced gamer now I really want to beat it someday.
@Mikey856 Luckily I'm not worried about getting the platinum. I just crossed 100 hours recently, so no way I'd spend the time to get that.
@Deljo which ones have you got? Realistically I have space for 1 more, so I'll be keeping my eye on sales and Facebook marketplace
@GoatFace04 the Barm Stoker's Dracula games on Mega Drive/Genesis/Snes, Gameboy and Nes are different games
There is one for the Sega CD I think and it is a different game as well.
The Genesis/Megadrive one is not hard at all. People do not refer to it as a good game, but I really like it.
Also if you ever play it please play the Megadrive/Genesis version over the SNES one. The soundtrack is waaay better even if both are the same game. And there are different gameplay differences that are better on the Sega version.
AC Shadows, which I just finished at around 55 hours (some side activities but mostly bee-lining to story content). Great game, something I'm planning on returning to, intending to clear out the map which I think I only explored about 40% of. Naoe is also one of my favourite assassins now, possibly second after Ezio.
I'm moving on to Cyberpunk since I've never cleared it. Definitely rough around the edges but feels a lot more polished than when last I played it.
With enough time, plenty more Rocksmith.
Nothing yet, but I'll hopefully platinum Tales of Kenzera: Zau (PS5) at least.
After that it's back to playing thru The Last of Us: Part II Remastered (PS5), I'm almost done with the first massive Seattle area.
@Psnfanboy79 - no idea! (I’ve only recently bought a PlayStation) - maybe it’s Uncharted 4 1/2 (anyway, it’s The Lost Legacy bit I’m referring to) 😄
@ZeroSum
Sorry to hear about your condition, a colleague just got tinnitus and he feels it ruined his life. Any tips for a more positive outlook?
@carnage
Wow, sounds amazing and how seamless VR are able to innovate on gameplay. What would you review its score to be?
Cool, @Jimmer-jammer. Thank you for the tip. I'm not sure that I have seen either of those talismans, but that may just be because I haven't been paying sufficient attention...
@carlos82 I've streetfighter ce, MK, Big buck hunter, ridge racer and the at games legends cabinet along with the pinball. I'd like time crisis and the sit down starwars cab but I'm pushing it with the missus cause I've 2 of them in the conservatory 🤣
@EfYI no real tips as such, but there are a wealth of support groups and therapists out there.
Tinnitus is different for each person, the tone/pitch that I hear may be higher or lower than your friend, the consistency may be different.
For myself, the realization that tinnitus is constant and never actually goes away was the "ah ha!" moment, as most people with light tinnitus think it comes and goes, but it doesn't - your brain is just distracted by other noises so filters it out. From that point on I'd try to find background noises, like sitting outside where I can hear the wind, birds, animals etc, and use that to distract myself.
The mental health aspect is huge, as you have to come to terms with the fact that your hearing is damaged and you'll probably never 'hear' silence again, so finding some form of therapy is strongly recommended.
@ZeroSum
My colleague 'contracted' tinnitus by visiting a lively, french restaurant in which a maitre D was shouting out orders and entertaining everyone. He came too close and was shouted at directly thus ending up in his situation. Thank you for the advice, I'll give it to him one day when he is ready.
At least, I hope it was the women crying out in ectasy that got you this condition🤞
I finally started KCD:2 and found that I could finish 'Demons in Castle Trosky' which was locked before the patch! Now, I finished up the last quest I could before heading to a banquet, like a lord!
I also clocked in another hour of Hades and began unlocking new weapons.
Best thing to avoid tinnitus is to learn to appreciate the sounds of silence. And not the Disturbed version, that will really give you tinnitus but there are some prolonged moments of silence these days when I swear there’s a ringing. Only to realise it was just my imaginary friend on the phone?
Well here we go with another absolutely amazing WAYP. The week was some awesome games all around. Mostly Trails Through Daybreak, Mario and Luigi, Monster Hunter Wilds, Pirate Yakuza, WWE2K25, Dynasty Warriors Origins, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Atelier Yumia. All of those games continue to be absolute bangers and a pleasure to work on while absorbing all the Switch 2 news. Yes I’m excited as all the rest of you for it I’m really hoping to be able to get one Day 1. Most of the weekend was spent with….. nothing. Yeah GF was over again this weekend but we kinda just enjoyed the beautiful weather and nice meals and all that. Rest of the weekend im thinking is gonna be Monster Hunter Wilds. Think I may be coming close to the end of the story of that game? I dunno but without spoilers the way the story’s going I would think we would be getting ready to fight or at least put a name to and encounter the Flagship Monster of this game. Otherwise I’m thinking this week is mostly gonna consist of some Trails Through Daybreak, Mario and Luigi Brothership, Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, Tales of Graces F Remastered, Split Fiction, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, Dynasty Warriors Origins, Monster Hunter Wilds, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Disgaea 7 and Pirate Yakuza. Still wanna wanna try to start Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition but work just keeps getting in the way. I really wanna start it tho because man did I miss this game and I’m kinda jealous seeing people like Alana and Gonçalo talk about it. Plus I’d love to get the work started on it like now so the backlog is less before Switch 2. Also wanna pick up Tekken 8 again with the Season 2 update and Anna being added and all that. Think maybe we could get Tifa in Season 2 as well. The wrestling thing this week being AEW Dynasty. Yeah we going with AEW this weekend but to their credit we literally have a PPV as this WAYP is being written. Hopefully some cool things happen throughout what with stars like Toni Storm and Swerve Strickland there. Anime of the week gotta go to Solo Leveling, 100 Girlfriends and Shangri La Frontier. Got my spring anime picked out too I think so I gotta get those Winter ones finished up so I can get the Spring ones underway before they get going too much. Podcasts of this week gotta go to Castle Superbeast, Big Think Dimension, Into The Aether, RPGsites Tetracast, Minnmax, Jeff Gerstmann, Kit and Krysta, Punching Up, Easy Allies, Second Wind, Nextlander, Cultaholic Wrestling, Weapon Wheel Podcast and Remap Radio. As always yall stay safe, be amazing to each other. Let’s hope we can all get a Switch 2. Have a totally safe and amazing weekend and of course Happy Gaming.
@Fiendish-Beaver No worries, they’ll be readily available at a shop eventually. Can’t miss ‘em.
