Not currently offline for me but anybody else having issues with this month's campaigns? They're not unlocking for me so not getting points and instead every time I get a trophy my phone is notifying me that I've now achieved level 4. I've achieved level 4 about 5 times since yesterday. Woo hoo.

@sorteddan I always forget to start or register for the campaigns and have missed out on several rewards because I didn’t start the campaign first. Since some of the criteria for completion is a one-time opportunity (“Buy one of the games on this list”), you can’t really do it again if you failed to register for the campaign first.
As an example — because your post reminded me, I went in to manually start all the campaigns and I noticed there’s one called “Narrative Adventure Game Club Picks” that I hadn’t started which rewards you for purchasing Doki Doki LC and I just “purchased” that yesterday through claiming it via the PS+ Essential route and I wonder if I would have been given credit for that as a purchase for that campaign. It’s too late now though.
It’s such an annoying system and I’m not sure why we aren’t just automatically registered. If we have signed up for PS Stars, then just give us the rewards! And yet we have to start a campaign to get credit for doing it, except sometimes when we’re auto-registered for certain ones (like the current FC 25 one). It’s so strange.
The Stars system feels like it’s being run by Sony interns and so I’m not surprised that your points and level notifications are glitching. I’ve not had that happen but I’m still stuck at level 3 until I buy one more game. 😄

@Th3solution I'm pretty sure you have actually buy the games from the PS store, it does not count if obtain them from PS Plus for the PS Stars campaigns.
Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.

Yes unfortunately you cannot get points for purchasing a game if you get it if PS+. DDLC is one of the games that you should be able to get some points for playing it you start this month's campaigns though (shouldn't matter that you already started it).
I have managed to swap points for a couple of £5 wallet top ups in the past so can't complain too much.... But
As rewards systems to it doesn't feel very rewarding. I mean has anyone ever checked out anybody else's digital collectable section?? Feel free to come and look at my shelves that contain some stuff I can't remember and maybe a football and old PS one. Hmmm.
Also why the heck is it still not accessible via console? Does it purely exist so people have a reason to download the app? Maybe.

@sorteddan The digital collectible thing is underwhelming, I totally agree. It might come across better in console so you could appreciate the little nicknacks on the big screen, but I have lost interest in trying to organize the display. I have tons of them and like you say, I don’t even remember what each represents.
We already have trophies and I would be in favor of a more elegant way to display or celebrate trophies on your profile. Like a trophy display case for platinum and golds. I would love to be able to search and organize my trophy list. I’d rather they have fine tuned the existing trophy display and organization rather than start a bunch of (mostly) arbitrary digital collectibles to display.
In my opinion, the main benefit from Stars is getting those points which can be turned into store credit. There’s a modicum of satisfaction when you level up your Star level, but it’s not as big a deal and really is mainly linked to how much money you spent in the PS Store. I wished that they would have made getting trophies a bigger component of the Stars reward program than simply being a purchaser of digital games. The whole program is obviously a veiled indoctrination against physical media. 😛

I’m also getting issues this month with campaigns not working, like the monthly check in, buying a game and getting credit. This system is broken, it doesn’t make sense why it isn’t working.

Well in a sense I'm glad it's not just me having issues with it. If it's a widespread problem they'll be getting many complaints and might have to look into fixing it.
