Topic: Sign-in ID changed without my permission

I’ve decided to login to my ps4 so I can buy the new persona game but then when it was time to login to the network it said that the email or password was invalid, so I decided to change my password. It said that it had sent an email to my email but when I went to check there was nothing there, I tried again and again and then I noticed that I had received and email from Sony on 20 January 2020 saying that my sign-in ID has been changed successfully, this made no sense to me as I had never done so before. I pressed the link that said I didn’t do this but then it showed me an expired date. And I can’t contact people because of limited people working cuz of the virus. I believe my account is hacked but idk, I really need help here and I’d highly appreciate it if someone can help with my issue.
P.s. I tried to login on the website with the same info but it said there was an issue with the server and I tried to send an email but it still wouldn’t do so...

Did you ever get this resolved? Same thing happened to me today. Except I did not get an email saying it was changed successfully.
The email just says:
This email confirms that the sign-in ID (e-mail address) for your account has been changed.

This redirects you to their self help, which does nothing to help recover your account. It redirects you to a live chat, but then I get a blue screen that basically says "We're unable to process your chat request at this time" and it provides a link to self help again.
Their phone support is closed and redirects you to self help, and i even tried twitter. They reply that they're going to send you a DM to look good in their comments, but in DM they just redirect you to the self-help page again, regardless of what you say.

They stopped replying to me so I'm just spamming their twitter page until they do something. This is ridiculous.

This literally happened to me and I wouldn’t be able to use my original ps4 vin since I upgraded to the pro months later is there any way I could still use the current ps4 to get my account back?

Contact Sony Chat Support:

Click on: "Playstation Online Assistant"

Request Live Chat with Customer Service

Provide Original Playstation Sign-In ID Email and confirm that you access to that email.
Sony will revert your Sign-In ID to the last original email.
Sony will send 1 Email to change password, 2nd Email to Verify Email

Then just follow email steps to recover account.
