Ok, so on a whim I bought Beat Saber for PSVR and I am rather addicted. My arms are killing me but it is just so fun. So fun I am currently editing a hands on video. Anyone else picked it up?
Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot
@Rudy_Manchego not yet but it's definitely one I'm looking at, I watched a couple of videos but they were playing on hard and it looked far too difficult for me but it does look a lot of fun, I'll have to check out your video when it's done
Older than I care to remember but have been gaming since owning a wooden Atari 2600 and played pretty much everything inbetween.
@TheMCNoisy I tried out the Statik demo and was pretty intrigued by it. So is it a new puzzle “box” to figure each time? Or does it follow a shape pattern set by the first one in the demo?
@Jaz007 they are different each time. There are some real head scratchers but all doable. I never 100% the trophies but spent a good 3/4 hours with it.
Probably my favourite puzzle game experience on par with portal. But I can understand why some people aren't as enamoured as I.

@themcnoisy I’ll grab it then. I was a little frost by the demo puzzle, but it was an interesting experience unlike anything I’ve played, so I’m going to enjoy it enough form that front enough to get it. Thanks for the reccomendation.
Does anyone have and thoughts on Eagle Flight? I'm thinking about picking it up, or wondering if it was really a game to that needed to play when VR first game out to be enjoyed.
@Jaz007
I didnt like but my kid loved it.
A demo you got to try is COD Jackal Assault. I loved that one and wished they made a full game.
One day I was totally into a fun shooter and unfortunately I entangled myself with the cable and broke it. Be careful with that thing haha
The crowd, accepting this immediately, assumed the anti-Eurasian posters and banners everywhere were the result of acts of sabotage by agents of Goldstein and ripped them from the walls.
@JJ2 How old is your kid?
And I did the Jackal Assult, fun little tech demo. Sad it didn’t last a little longer. I just mean that battle too, could have been longer without requiring more effort from Activision.
@Jaz007
True. I was very fond of Eve Valkyrie and played that for a good while. Shes nearly 10

I’m thinking about getting Firewall: Zero Hour and a PSVR Aim controller next month. Two questions: how active is the playerbase? And how is the PVE mode?
My VR has been away now since completing Astrobot and I've got a hole in my life where I visited to get away from the stresses of life.
My feng shui is happy due to the now tidy games space but playing on the TV flat out sucks now. Anybody know when London Heist 2 is coming out?

Just ser the VR back up after a break to get ready for Blood and Truth next week only to discover a couple of games I must have bought in a Christmas sale but not played. So I've been playing Polybius and Statik, with the former being a very psychedelic trip through an a very colourful and trippy tunnel and a fun arcade shooter. Statik is a genius puzzle game which has your hands in a box which every single button can interact with to solve the puzzle. All while some creepy man just sits there and watches you without helping, no matter how much you shout at him, the puzzles though but also give you that feeling of satisfaction when it all clicks together.

I have it and love it. Great free flight mode. I play it all the time, great flight sim.
The PSVR is the best VR system on the market today.
@KratosMD Astro Bot hands down. I've heard good things about Ghost Giant and Blood & Truth as well, but I haven't been able to get around to play them. And Iron Man VR looks promising too.
I personally think it was worth it for Astro Bot alone, but that's up to you. I got mine for €200 as well. The positive thing is that the games are quite cheap; and I used that as an excuse to offset the costs of the headset itself. I got a bunch of VR games during a sale for 10 each, including Astro Bot which was still very new back then. And the way I look at it is like this: I got at least four VR games for a tenner; so that equates to €240 with the headset included; or about 60 per game and the headset for free. Of course, the more games you get, the less they are each. But if you can find a handful of VR games for cheap, I'd say it's worth it.
And remember that a bunch of games have VR modes, little VR add-ons, and there are even a bunch of free VR experiences available on the store. So there's always something to play.
@KratosMD I didn't know Ghost Giant requires the move controllers! That's a bummer. I don't have them myself either, and they're incredibly difficult to find, on top of being quite expensive...
I don't why Sony doesn't make them easier to get. At least online you'd think. I'm just lucky and had them from the PS3 move days. You've got to give Sony some credit for legacy support there. They were useful far beyond the Move, which was just okay.
@KratosMD Get PSVR in a bundle with Move. Farpoint is made all around for PS Aim and as such will be an inferior experience on a DS4. No real point without it.
Astrobot, Moss, and The Persistence only use DS4 so no issues there. I’d still say get it with Move or not at all though with how many games need it.
Also, Ps Eye always comes with PSVR as it’s needed. I have a good VR experience with roughly 8 long and wide to use.
And for the Ps Move controllers. Their batteries are straight champions, so charging them on occasion with one cable is perfectly viable.
In short, you’ll have a half VR experience without Move, with it you’ll have ideal access to everything it a few games centered on PS Aim, and they’re obvious when it’s pretty needed like with Farpoint or Firewall. And they’re only a few of them. If you have two Move no research is needed.
Get the bundle and maybe sell your one Move to make up for extra money spent.
