Topic: Trouble Signing In

Hi all. I just dusted off my PS3 after a few years.
I can't sign into the network, and I get a constant error code.
My PS4 and PS5 can sign in every time.
Not sure I get why.
Anyone else have this problem ? or has anyone got a solution please ?

Is it saying something about a 2 step verification?

Nothing. I just get an error code, and it says 'you have been signed out of Playstation Network'.

Have you tried Googling the error code?

@Bentley-Ma- I haven't yet. About to do so. Hopefully I can get it sorted as it's very frustrating lol.

@Bentley-Ma- Nope. Been on the web site etc too. Nothing. I just can't sign in with it anymore.
Because I can't, I have plans for the PS3... Let's just say 'Retro here we come'

this is how you fix it
Log inn on you account on the https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/id/tv/signin/#/signin

Then find the part where it says Ps3/Vita logggin. and use that code there..
Don´t know why they did this. but this is how i log in
it generate a password for your account

EDIT: I still can't log in because when I put the code in, I get an error message.
This is so stupid it's unreal.

@GoodGame So did it work? Unbelievably after I shut down my ps3 yesterday I found out that my Account PW is still not working. So I guess I'm going to have to use that website and generated a PW every time I want to download my games on my PS3 -_-

@Son_michael I've tried at least 8 times today, and all I see is an error message.
It says connection to the server is lost. No idea what to do lol.

@GoodGame Sorry I couldn't help you out. The only error I get is the 2 step verification error 80029721.
