So I just picked this up and the only local friend of mine who has it has no spaces left in their club - before I set up one myself, figured I might as well see if there were any fellow Push Square members I could team up with?

From 16/08/15 I’m going for sober for six months to raise money for the Princess Alice Hospice. Donations can be made here and anything you can offer is greatly appreciated: https://www.justgiving.com/Stephen-Butler5

Wish me luck!

There are, like, two Push Square clubs already - but feel free to set up another one! I imagine a few other members would be interested in joining as this game grows in popularity.

My friend has said he will make me some space, as he doesn't know most of the people in his club anyway! If he's not bothered in the next couple of days though, I'll see if I can pull together a crew from here!

Just a little reminder there is this thread here if you want to set up and exchange info for a club

Sorry about that, I had a quick look but wasn't sure exactly where to find it, but I spotted this thread which seemed sort of appropriate. If I do need to continue the recruitment drive I'll move it on into that other thread, thanks for the link!

@SteveButler2210: Np I would sticky the thread but since the update I can no longer stick threads. There is however a handy search function now on the forums page next to the new topic button.

So finally sat down to check this game out and yeah I think I am going to need more practice before I join a club lol. I was all over the place and let me say the body shop owners really love me lol.

Let's start our own poor driving club! We can call it the "Party Crashers"!

@Clay_Davis83: Lol that might not be a bad idea.

Seriously though I ran a bunch time trail for about an hour last night and I can see a big improvement from when I started. I think my biggest problem is the controllers, more so the layout. I think years of playing Mario Kart got me so use to there layout that anything else feels odd and I find myself hitting the wrong buttons. I think I am going to change the layout some. It sounds odd but I think I might do better if my throttle and breaks were mapped differntly.

I broke down and bought the full version of the game. I got tired of unlocking cars but being told I couldn't use them... I'm not a huge racing game fan but have been wanting at least one anyways.

It's $24.99 if you have PS+. You don't even have to go on the PS Store just underneath where you would click "start" there is a buy option.

1 space left. Our clubs now level 8. If your playing, or more accurately playing for trophies sign up now as in 1000 miles time you get a trophy. I'm sat on 750 miles now and almost finished the game.

I wish this game would teach you how to drift because I don't know what the hell I'm doing...

Use the circle button. Push it as you go into the turn then apply gas as you turn.

If like me, square feels more convenient for you then remap it to square.

Well now that I remapped my controls I am doing a bit better still having a hard time getting drifting down.
