Got the Beta downloading on my PS4, shouldn't take too long to do, I'm looking forward to trying this after I came away quite disappointed with Ghost Recon Wildlands.

@PlaytendoGuy I'd imagine it'd be more fun playing with some friends in Wildlands. I soloed it and the experience was only so-so. Even though had bots helping, I still had to do most of the killing. Missions were nothing special either. I do however quite like how the weapons felt compared to the Division.
Going to try a bit more today. I am really enjoying Domination. Only thing does anyone know how to revive teammates? I see that they can be revived but do I need an item or something? I tried various buttons but nothing happens.

I hope this has more options for co-op. Is it similar to The Division? Anyone seen that in the beta? I haven't had a chance to explore all the game modes but looking forward to playing more this weekend. I like the combat structure and I can see this game having some chops after the learning curve wanes.
@starhops Nope Ubisoft has said there is no split screen co-op online. They said they planned it in the beginning though but according to them it took to much resources and would have degraded the game.

@Tasuki I wasn't meaning split screen, but online with friends. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the reply. My line of thought was some games place you in a pvp match and call it co-op but I think true co-op is running missions and/or doing quests together. Sure, playing a match with a partner or group is great, but I was thinking more like The Division where you can join up with friends at anytime in the city. Am I clear as mud? lol
@starhops Apparently there is online co-op for single player campaign as mentioned by some YouTubers. Not sure how that's gonna work, though since some of single player chapters I've seen were pretty single player oriented in terms of how the story is scripted. Case in point the horseback riding chase sequence - I have no idea how they're fit two players in that scene. I am however a bit on the fence about getting the game now since both Eurogamer and Trusted Reviews said that the SP campaign was boring and bad based on the few chapters they've played.
Edit: Gamespot too has the same opinion regarding the SP campaign.
@WanderingBullet Thing is though Ubisoft even said that the Multiplayer is were this game shines and that not a whole lot was put into the single player campaign.

@Tasuki They did? That's the first time I've heard of it.:/ I couldn't find the older one but this recent article is roughly the same thing Jason VandenBerghe said about the SP campaign.
In some missions, you'll have an army on your side, while in others, you'll be a lone wolf. VandenBerghe promises gameplay variety in the single-player portion of the game. He also said the campaign was planned from the beginning and isn't an afterthought.
Perhaps the most interesting answer from the interview pertains to the campaign's length.
The best way I know to answer is this way: if you pick up 'For Honor' only for the campaign, we want you 100% satisfied with your purchase when you finally decide to put down the controller. So that means there's a minimum expectation on number of missions, locations, extended play, etc. And we've got all that. How big will [its] content be? As big as we can make it, man. As big as we can possibly make it.
Also, Ubisoft has yet to show a single footage of online co-op for SP, so I'm a little skeptical about that as well. On the other hand, barring the connection issues the multiplayer portion is great.
Had alot of fun with the beta and I can't wait till Tuesday!! I think my favorite mode was domination followed by Duals, Death Match was ok it was just annoying when people would just run away all the time.

I really did enjoyed the beta, you can see how Rainbow 6 shaped the games online, I liked the domination mode it felt a bit like the Warriors games as you have to kill loads of npc enemies. My only fault was the online wasn't that stable and whenever someone leaves the match it pauses the game to load.

So... what class did everyone enjoy the most? I played the Warden and Nobushi, while finished strong on Nobushi. One heck of a learning curve. I was hoping to play Valkyrie, as that's what I was looking forward too. My friend loved the Conqueror's balance between defense and some CC. Alas, I didn't even play that class. So many to choose from and not enough hours to perfect them.
As to the SP campaign, a few bad missions doesn't mean it's all bad. I mean, even Uncharted 4 had some boring parts. Time will tell. I know I did get bored of the few maps though. Especially in Dominion.
So I put alot of time into For Honor today. Mostly played the Orochi class. So far I am liking though there is a few balancing issues that they need to work on especially the Crusader I think it is, the Knight with the flail. He's build as a heavy character but compared to the other two he moves like an assassin class which makes him way off balance since he can take the damage like a tank but move like an assassin. Part of the reason is his weapon they should give him a maul or a huge two handed sword or something more fitting for a tank the agile flail just makes him unbalanced.
I also played the campaign and I am enjoying it, currently I am halfway through the Viking portion of it and there is alot to do and discover. I am looking forward to sinking some more time into it tomorrow.
In all its a well done game and I am pleased for what I paid. The multiplayer alone will give me hours of enjoyment.
So what is everyone else's thoughts?

Alas, my budget only lets me get Horizon: Zero Dawn this month. I'm going to have to hold off on For Honor for a bit. Then there is Mass Effect Andromeda. And then Persona 5. And then mix in NieR: Automata, Vikings: Wolves of Midgard, Star Trek: Bridge Crew and that's all before June. The second half of 2017 looks great too!
Plus, my good online friends are not getting it anytime soon, so I don't have anyone to multiplayer with and, as we all know, PvP is always better with friends.
Ugh! Poor us, with so many good games to choose from LOL.
Anyone having problems getting into a group. If I try to do Dominion, or Death Match whether it's Player vs Player or Player VS A.I. I just sit waiting to get into a group. It doesn't freeze, it just sits there saying looking for group. I sat there for ten minutes waiting to get into a group and nothing. I know it's not my Internet cause when I play CoD I find groups rather quickly. Also I got into games that say alot of activity.

I bought it. My friends decided to get it too, so I joined them. I'm enjoying it a lot minus the server issues. I've been getting server errors and booted from games.
Regarding server issues, I have no idea what the developers were thinking when they decided to go for P2P connection whereas a game like Rainbow Six Siege which has smaller maps and significantly less npcs is using a dedicated server. :/
@Tasuki Ah, I didn't know about the cross platform Faction War. That said, I wished that they could've came up with a better solution - these lags, disconnections, pauses (whenever someone leaves a match) and freezes can be annoying at times.:/
Also, they could've added the join party option. Currently, there's only the invite friend(s) option.
