I made sure I had a next gen console in time for its original October release (along with Batman: Arkham Knight) so of course I will be getting this as soon as it releases - had it pre-ordered for a long time (although changed to another retailer when I found it cheaper) and ALWAYS buy Physical where possible - hasn't arrived yet though... 2 more days!!! Can't wait!!
A pessimist is just an optimist with experience!
Why can't life be like gaming? Why can't I restart from an earlier checkpoint??
Feel free to add me but please send a message so I know where you know me from...
I don't think I have been this excited for a game since The Last of Us. The only bad thing is I have a habit of getting sucked in to RPG's and playing nothing else. I expect my backlog to grow because of this game...
Not getting it on release, money is saved for ESO, the witcher looks good but i'm much more hyped for ESO but i'll be picking this up for sure at a later date.
Playing on the hardest difficulty and after approaching it with the patience/aggression of playing bloodborne, have totally fallen into a groove. Such a nice fleshed out world, just exploring and taking out monsters (die wraiths, die), haven't even made it to the 1st garrison.
Just want to say i have put my first 3 hours into the game and it is amazing. Loving it!
Agreed. My only real complaint is the text is kinda small when looking at your inventory.
What size telly do you have?
42 inch. I mean I can read it I just normally sit kinda far back when playing.
I'm really enjoying the game so far. If there is a ? on the map I have to go see what it is haha. Which ends with me finding something cool like a skill point or with me running for my life...
Day 1 physical, since i preordered it weeks ago...problem is I am still totally and unexpectedly soaked into Bloodborne, which is probably the best game I played since years. But is good to think that after that, the witcher is waiting for me...
Game looks godlike on PC, Ultra settings are... wow, the distance, the trees, everythings looks amazing, had to drop the hair settings because of how much resources it uses (makes me drop a lot of fps), but damn it looks stupidly good
You have to buy the Temerian horse armour from the merchant that you save from the Griffin. He should be in the very first village in White Orchard, near the bridge. Costs quite a lot of coin if I remember right, though. Free DLC my arse!
