@velio84 I had a look at Metacritic the other day and read the summary of some of those 70 and below reviews and it does seem that they are written by someone who either doesn't like this genre of game anyway or are generally tying to be belligerent. If you are the former then why not get someone else to review the game who does like that sort of thing or just say you don't like it and don't review it. If you are the latter then I don't get why they aren't weeded out of the process but it is well open to abuse.
@RogerRoger Man that's a shame, hopefully you can get it as soon as poss but like you say at least no one was harmed in attempting to deliver it. Will try and make the game sound less exciting in my subsequent posts so that you don't feel like you are missing out too much š
@MightyDemon82 that statue is so cool! Their design, build and quality can go either way (Iām still not sold on my Metal Gear Solid 5ā¦arm) but that looks like one of the better ones Iāve seen, I think.

I've played a few hours today and just going to say I'm loving it. The level of detail is redonculous. Wasn't expecting that new enemy type so early but it was great. But discounting my nap whilst it installed I've been up for coming up for 24 hours now so going have a good long sleep and get back in to it early tomorrow for a big sesh.
Hope everyone still waiting on their copy manages to get hold of it asap. Happy gaming Aloys.
@Jimmer-jammer I love it, Just need to rearrange my bookshelves so it gets a spot but when we eventually move I'll be putting up a display case/shrine to the series, I'll be grabbing that Lego Tall Neck for said display once it's available too!
i've been putting a lot into hunter skills and just got triple notch but it won't let me use it: evrytime it just does the volley and i can't notch any arrows. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
I switched to the 60fps mode. Canāt see much difference in detail on my cheap-ass small TV and the framerate definitely has an impact. Still in the tutorial area, I guess. Feels huge.
@Fragile I'm pretty much a recent Lego convert. So I'll probably pick up more based on things I love, as I find building them really relaxing and you have something cool to display once your done.
Hope everyone is enjoying the game so far, I'll boot it up once my wife and niece go to bed.
So just logged ofā¦ and probably got around 10 hours in. Not gonna lie, it was feeling a little so far, so Horizon for the first 5 hours or so, I didnāt want to put the controller down by the time it was down-tools. Trying to do pretty much everything, so I wouldnāt imagine that Iāve made massive progress as far as the main quest is concerned.
My missus has to take her mum shopping tomorrow, so Iām looking forward to getting back into it.
@Rampageblast you have to change the desired skill mate. I was stumped for a minute myselfā¦ you bring up the weapon wheel and push right or left on the d-pad.
@velio84 It is but itās a cheap model. There sure is a difference - it just doesnāt seem as impactful as the double framerate in this case.
Mind that Iām still not in the actual open world, so I might switch between them some more later and see how that works for me.
I think Iām going to actually play on the resolution mode. The performance mode is way more of a hit visually than I thought it would be. Whereas the resolution mode looks consistently stunning at every turn!
Also, hot damn has Varl had a glow-up. Both visually and personality-wise. I always liked him in Zero Dawn even though he did act a bit like a plank of wood - although almost every character was a bit wooden in that game.
