@colonelkilgore Ta mate, it’s a good feeling and the game certainly shows promise I’ll be sure to share my thoughts.
@Thrillho haha you definitely should, it seems like there is an insane amount of depth to the builds. I went with the first option which I think is more intelligence based and appear to be going the path of openly alcoholic, existential dread, raging communist type detective whose heart is in the right place but isn’t afraid to go off piste or lie through their teeth much to my partner’s frustration. I haven’t read anything about the game or seen anyone play (deliberately) so I’m navigating it without outside influences which is lovely.
@Ravix@Th3solution I think you'll find there are the press conferences where you get asked the same three questions every game! 😏

@th3solution@KAIRU I let my performance do the talking 😏 I do not venture beyond pro clubs though, so at least that has an ounce of creativity in my pro build xD
It is actually really quite good this year, FC24, weirdly. People still do the same boring wing exploits and boring lifeless football, like they always do, but with my conversion rate around 35% and climbing and passing around 86% it seems to really suit the way I play football, and I'm loving being able to come deep, pass it around, and then build nice looking attacking moves. It's hard to describe, but passing angles and positioning just feel more realistic in midfield when dropping back from ST to be the extra man in build up. It's genuinely... fun
But BG3 is obviously far more worthy of anyone's time

@Ravix I haven't played Pro Clubs in years. We had a group on here years ago but has since died down. I tend to just stick to career mode personally.
And yes, Baldur's Gate 3 really needs more of my time too.

Still grinding in DeS, just need to get Strength from 31 to 34, End from 11 or 12 to 25, and Intelligence from 11 to 18 over the next few weeks before I can actually dive into the game properly - well, get the required items to rock a Dragon Bone Smasher +2 with curse weapon and a couple of assisting items. I already know where/how to get two colorless demon's souls to upgrade the DBS, then I just have to get the remaining items for my build and I should be able to demolish this game!

Started Dragon Ball Z kakarot. I love Anime(stands proudly with chest pumped out) and Dragon Ball Z is one of my all time favourites so this has got to be a winner....right? Only played an hour so not much done but I feel like I'm going to enjoy it
@MaulTsir I completely agree with you. Especially with little effects like the lightning setting the tree alight, the first time you go through 4-1. Hope you are still enjoying Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. I am an anime fan too so I was wondering if you like either the anime-style game Catherine or if you've watched any of the Berserk anime?

@TheBrandedSwordsman I've only managed an hour on Kakarot at the moment and I assume it's basically a re run of the show with out all of the filler but not much other than Learning the basics as of yet but it's a game I think I'll enjoy(hopefully) lol.
I haven't seen Catherine or heard of it if I'm honest but Beserk is absolutely fantastic and gives me From Software vibes! strangely enough I've started re-watching it a week ago.
@Zuljaras Congratulations. I, myself, was never able to defeat it. But yeah, I get a chance to take revenge on it later when it's an optional boss in 4-1 . I'm currently playing the game as well. Make sure you tag me as you progress as I'll be keen to hear about your adventures. What build are you going for?

Got Assassin's Creed: Mirage one day early. Played the opening hour and it's pretty good so far! It feels like traditional AC but it also feels more modern. I noticed that you can run while crawling and you can even slide. It just feels great to play! Can't wait to sink my teeth into this game. I've been dying to play something new for a while now.
Inscryption up to challenge level 8 on Kaycee’s mod now. The mantis god starter deck is kind of overpowered, particularly if you can get the flying sigil on it, but I don’t care. Quite fun playing around with other decks though.
@AgentCooper Yeah, I went for a slightly bland intelligent, arty, communist on my play through and it was fun but the scope for going for an extreme personality is quite tempting. A paranormal run sounds like it could be fun too.
The only thing I’d say to you is that the “jamais vu” thought cabinet upgrade is one of the best to get as it gives you XP for every orb you hit. It almost feels like cheating though as it made my guy a bit OP by the end as he had such high skills across the board that he could pass most checks with the right clothing boosts.
