I don't even know what to say about this. I thought it was a bad idea before I saw the Malaysia part. There is no way this is gonna succeed. I feel like someone was smoking something when they made this decision.

Multiplat 2015: Final Fantasy 7
Even though I don't believe 80% I read from the internet (as anyone can make up anything), I don't see this happening unless Ubisoft actually admits it themselves. There was something else I read that Ubisoft was even going to try their hands at making their own console system...which I could believe with their franchises (Rayman, Assassin's Creed, Just Dance, Rabbids and Far Cry), but I wouldn't see that as truthful either.
I know nintendo has a few themed rides in Japan, and Universal Studios is getting some Nintendo based items (and still have some of the Sony rights), so it could happen, and I could see Ubisoft making a Rabbids theme ride or attraction around Nickelodeon due to the cartoon show, which could also come to Universal Studios.
I guess time will tell, but 2020 is still a long ways away, and until there is some proof from Ubisoft themselves, I wouldn't believe too much into this...I still don't get why so many people have hate towards Ubisoft when they make some pretty good and decent games. Their just like other game companies, EA, Warner Bros and Disney...some games are good, others are crap.
@JLPick: The site is reliable. I've been reading it for a few years (or close to it) and have had a lot of interaction with the site's owner in the comments too. If the theme park doesn't happen, it's because Ubisoft will have backed out.
Also, I agree, Ubisoft does make some good games, but they get hate because they run franchises like Assassin's Creed ino the ground and strip them of their potential. AC could be one of the best franchise in gaming if Ubisoft treated it better.
