Topic: too young to use the near app

I I got  the ps vita first edition and have a sub account from my ps3 but I can't use the near app it says its either its not available for our region (my region is us so I don't know if its that or not) or I'm too young ( but I can play on call of duty and m rated games) so has it come out for north America yet or is it coming out on the 22nd on the regular launch date or I am just too young and its useless for now

I think most apps will launch starting February 22nd. I know for sure Netflix will. I guess it would make sense for Sony to launch everything else on the same date...

Near is working for me.  Maybe it's the eternal skeptic in me, but I was shocked to see how many people within a 4ish mile radius of me have a PS Vita.  The last time I checked, there were eight.  EIGHT! And I don't live anywhere near an affluent part of town.
