@SilentJ I played Actual Sunlight, which was short but actually quite poignant. Games addressing mental health so openly are not very common. I can’t say I enjoyed it, given the depressing nature of the story, but it was unique and worth the hour or two to play through. Left me with mixed feelings. How was Home? Worth the short playthrough?

Just finished Evil Within 2, really enjoyed all 21 hours of it. The last 3-4 chapters built up to a great ending I thought. Don't really like to put a number on it but if I had to it's an easy 8. Hope they continue this series...

Plus Sebastian sounds like Solid Snake sometimes.

I finally finished Infamous Second Son this week. Fun game, looked great as well. If I had time I would do it again for the Plat but will more than likely move in.

@Rudy_Manchego Playing First Light would be another option. It was free on PS Plus a while back, if you claimed it then you may have it sitting in your library. It is short and imo Fetch’s powers are actually more fun to play around with than Delsin’s and she is an interesting character.

@Th3solution cool, I think I missed it when it was on plus but will watch out for it when it is on sale. I liked Fetch so am interested in a prequel.

After 140 hours I called time on Disgaea 5. Had to cut the cord, because that game is all consuming. It's a shame really, because I spent over 500 hours on Disgaea 3 & 4 each. Just don't have that kind of time to commit to one game anymore.

I really enjoyed the game. The story is good, the cast is great and overload/revenge can really change the tide in battle. It's the most streamlined and accessible the franchise has ever been, which has it's pros and cons. Some of the micromanagement and RNG has been replaced with slow but consistent gains. Makes reaching end game easier, but post-game becomes a real grind.
There's a trophy for 10 billion damage and less than 7% of players got that. That's pretty bad for a niche game with a hardcore following.

Solid entry and as always fantastic value for money, but I hope D6 puts the fun back into the grind.

Just finished Neon Chrome, it's pretty addicting actually! When I first played it I personally found it kinda boring. But a few days ago I decided to give it another chance as I had nothing else I wanted to play. Ended up liking it quite a bit. If you have the time, check it out. Its a nice little indie they gave out on PS Plus a few months ago, at least its better than We are Doomed or Don't die, Mr. Robot.

Beat Titanfall 2. Good game. Still have to pick up Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, but I'd rank it as my second favorite shooter of this gen behind Doom.
The Cooper-Bt relationship seemed a little forced, but I liked the gameplay enough. Wish they had some more variety in the boss fights as they were all in Titan-form and pretty straight forward.
Hope there is another game.

Finished Wolfenstein the new order, awesome game, great characters and story. Starting the old blood, seems pretty good so far.

@ellsworth004 Once finished Dishonored 2 (glorious game!) I started The Surge. Many reviewers complained about how difficult it was to navigate the intricate maps but I love how you can find your way thanks to maps, signals and indications you can find on walls and floors. Because of From Software I consider now any game with a minimap or missions' markers as a toddler toy.

Praise the Sun, and Mario too.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole. It's a solid game but not on the level of Stick of Truth.

Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap. Other than the obvious audiovisual overhaul and addition of some new levels that weren't in the original, I'm not really sure how much has been changed here, but the core gameplay and level design are shockingly accessible and modern for a game made in 1989. This is a Metroidvania years before Super Metroid or Symphony of the Night ever released.

The visual style of this game is just GORGEOUS. I'm playing this on the Nintendo Switch, primarily in handheld mode, and it looks fantastic on the tablet screen, but it also looks good on the TV. The remastered audio is similarly superb. Every bit of music in this game is a joy to listen to. Controls are fluid and responsive. The various dungeony areas are a bit on the short side, but they well laid out and fun to tackle.

There's a variety of fun enemies to fight. The bosses aren't quite as strong, and you defeat them all in essentially the same manner. Some of them look pretty cool thanks to the gorgeous art design, but they really don't pose a threat at all and broadly attack you in the same way.

My only real issue with the game is the price (although I got it for 2/3 of its normal price in a sale). $20 for what amounts to a 3 - 4 hour game (I got 6 hours out of it by 100%ing it and grinding for money) doesn't seem like a great bargain, and, outside of a gender-flipped girl character who doesn't really change the gameplay at all, there's no incentive to replay it. I guess this might be a good candidate for speedrunning, but otherwise, I can't think of a reason I'd play this again any time soon.

Still, my (brief) time with the game was quite fun, and, if the price tag and short play time don't bother you, I'd highly recommend playing it. Solid 8/10.

Finished Wolfenstein the old blood, i enjoyed it as much as TNO, gameplay wise. Story not as powerful, but still good. Working through Wolfenstein 2, but my save was corrupted by update, so that sucked. I think they released a fix but i had already started over and was back to where i was. Awesome game though, too bad about the update.

Horizon - Plat
I am Mayo - Plat
Dont die Mr Robot - great game and only 1 trophy left, but thats beating all 50 levels to platinum standard. Doubt I will grab that one so this game is done.
FTL - bit of a cheat as on PC, but jettisoned the game after getting zero work done. Outstanding game, had it for years and only last week got totally sucked in on an amazing run.

I finished the main campaign and all the side quests on Assassin's Creed Black Flag the other day and I only need the two multiplayer achievements to 100% it. It's a shame that one is a total grindfest and the other relies on getting it near release as there are some unpopular modes that have to be completed. Boost session ahoy!
