Below is a list of every Bugsnak in Broken Tooth and an explanation of how to capture them.
What Is Shrink Spice?
Shrink Spice is a brand new item introduced in The Isle of Bigsnax update. Found dotted around Broken Tooth, this item will temporarily reduce the size of the large Bugsnax roaming around, making them small enough to capture using your usual tools and techniques.
Bunger Royale
Loves: Ketchup, Cheese
Description: It's a Bunger... but big!
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: Bunger Royale is too large to capture the normal way. The first time you encounter one, nearby you'll find some Shrink Spice. Pick one up and throw it into the path of the Bunger Royale. When they come into contact, it will shrink down the Bugsnak for a limited time. Lay down the Trip Shot so it crosses the Bunger Royale's path and coat it in Ketchup or Cheese with the Sauce Slinger to attract it. When it becomes dazed, approach it and scoop it up.
Cellystix
Loves: Peanut Butter
Description: So big that it unknowingly carries smaller Busnax on its back.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: Grab a Shrink Spice and throw it at the Cellystix to reduce its size. It moves very slowly, so it's easy to then capture using the Snak Trap or the Trip Shot.
Cheddaboardle Rex
Description: The king of the jungle rolls Cheddorbs as an attack. Its lid protects its cheesey back.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: This is the "final boss" of Broken Tooth. Once it appears, the Cheddaboardle Rex will begin throwing Cheddorbs at you (don't worry, you can't take damage). What you need to do is get the Bugsnak to throw the Cheddorbs so that they land in the catapults. Use the Snakgrappler to open a catapult up, then stand behind it. Once a Cheddorb is locked into the catapult, use the Snakgrappler again to launch it at the Cheddaboardle Rex. You will need to do this multiple times.
Eventually, two large structures will appear on either side of the room. Again, stand in front of these so a Cheddorb is thrown and rolls up. Then use the Snakgrappler again to launch it. Do this twice.
Next, a large Buggy Ball maze will appear. Use the Buggy Ball to reach the middle of the maze. It'll then launch at Cheddaboardle Rex, breaking its glass top. Next, grab a Shrink Spice to reduce its size, lay down a Trip Shot to stun it, then grab it in your net.
Cheddorb
Description: If it gets rolling it bowls through anything in its path!
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: While supersized, the Cheddorb follows a set path. Grab a Shrink Spice and throw it into the Cheddorb's path to shrink it. When it's small, the Cheddorb will run away and hide. Use the Buggy Ball to force it out of its hiding spot, and either use the Snak Trap or Trip Shot to catch it.
Chocolant
Loves: Chocolate, Peanut Butter
Description: Grows when exposed to the open air. It likes to play keep away with its fellow Chocolants.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: When you shrink down a Cellystix, a few Chocolants will leap off of it and increase in size. Go get another Shrink Spice and throw it at a Chocolant to make it small again. Deploy the Snak Trap, then use Chocolate or Peanut Butter to lure one over. If you scare a Chocolant, it will take shelter inside a log. If this happens, Set up the Snak Trap on one side of the log and send in the Buggy Ball on the other side. This forces the Chocolant out and into your Snak Trap.
Clawbsteroni
Loves: Hot Sauce, Cheese
Description: Strong enough to lift other Bugsnax, as well as its beloved trampoline.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: Use the camera to show the Clawbsteroni's path. Go and grab a Shrink Spice, and throw it down into the path so the Clawbsteroni will walk into it. You then want to either deploy your Snak Trap or the Trip Shot behind it, as it will run away when it's shrunk down and into your trap.
Deviled Eggler
Loves: Hot Sauce
Description: Egglers with wings and aggressive tendencies.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: You first have to hatch a Deviled Eggler. In Broken Tooth, you can find three large eggs. They can be broken open if you place them inside the giant eggcup in the central crater. There's one of the eggs nearby. Use the Snakgrappler to pull the egg over and hatch it open.
The easiest place to catch a Deviled Eggler is over to the east where you'll find a Millimochi roaming between a couple of trees. What you need to do is coat the Millimochi in Hot Sauce, then go and grab a Shrink Spice. The Deviled Eggler should fly above and notice the Hot Sauce. When it touches the Millimochi, its fire will be put out and it'll be stunned. In this state, throw the Shrink Spice at it and then go and grab it.
Millimochi
Loves: Chocolate
Hates: Fire
Description: It travels in a line with its friends, leaping at and freezing anything that crosses its path.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: You'll not only need Shrink Spice for Millimochi, you'll also need fire. Thankfully, these Bugsnax always appear near a flare. Grab a nearby Shrink Spice and throw it at the Millimochi. Then, equip the Trip Shot and place it on the flames. Aim and fire it at the Millimochi, which will remove their frost and stun them, allowing you to catch them in your net.
Pielobite
Description: Its protective cover deflects Shrink Spice! The Snakgrappler would help to remove it.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: Before you can use the Shrink Spice on a Pielobite, you first need to take off its lid. Equip the Snakgrappler and aim for the four catches around the rim. Once all four of these are removed, the Pielobite will be exposed. Grab a Shrink Spice and shrink the creature, then use the Snak Trap or Trip Shot to catch it.
Spaghider
Loves: Cheese
Description: Pulls its prey into the canopy with its noodles!
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: You'll need to have hatched the Deviled Egglers first in order to catch a Spaghider. Once you have, find a Spaghider and there will be a Deviled Eggler flying nearby. Coat the Deviled Eggler in Cheese. Quickly grab a Shrink Spice. The Spaghider will reel in the Deviled Eggler and be set on fire, which should bring it down to the ground. Throw the Shrink Spice at it, then use either the Snak Trap or the Trip Shot to catch it. If the Trip Shot stuns the Spaghider and it's too high to grab, use the Snakgrappler to get it.
Tikkada Masala
Loves: Hot Sauce
Hates: Eggler
Description: Patrols the area around its nest, keeping a lookout for Eggler shells.
Time Active: All day
How to Catch: Scan a Tikkada Masala to see its long flight path. At one point it flies over a raised area where there's a Millimochi. First, coat the Millimochi in Hot Sauce. Then go and grab a Shrink Spice. The Hot Sauce will attrack the Tikkada Masala, and when it touches the Millimochi, its fire will go out and it'll be stunned. Throw the Shrink Spice at it then catch it with your net.
