To begin this Favour, drop down into The Plains and veer to the left. Hop up the ledge, look to the right, and a spirit will inform you it requires the other half of their brooch in order to restore their memories.

To find the other brooch half, go back the way you came, and continue heading to the southeast of The Plains. Take the path just left of the poison cloud, hopping up a ledge and then grappling over the gap. Follow this around to the right, and you'll enter an area with a mini boss named Egil the Oath Guard. Once defeated, you can find the brooch half next to the spirit's remains on the edge of the cliff.
