God of War Ragnarok: Casualty of War: The Hourglass Walkthrough

You'll begin Casualty of War: The Hourglass by finding a lost spirit in The Sinkholes. Grapple up to the side of the Mystic Gateway and follow the path through to some ruins. Head over to the right and open the gate with the chain. Jump the gap and use your axe to freeze the poison cloud just ahead. Squeeze through the gap and the spirit is to the right. They'll ask you to find the other half of the hourglass to restore their memories.

Before you can find the other half, you'll need to make sure the river is flowing. If you haven't done this yet, first complete the Favour named Return of The River. With the water levels up, you can continue with this Favour.

From where you begin the Favour, come back out the way you came and return to the Mystic Gateway at Sinkholes Entrance. Grapple over the river and get in the boat. Turn left and sail through the tunnel. Dock at the beach on the left, the head up to the right and go through the ruins. The other hourglass half will be found along this path, next to a brazier. Once you pick it up, speak to the spirit again and Casualty of War: The Hourglass will be complete.
