Walkthrough
This Prowler Stash is located in the southeast of Hell's Kitchen. Please see the visual aid below if you need help finding it:
Upon arrival, Scan a pole on the roof, then Pull it from the advertising board opposite. This reveals a generator you can charge. Do so and some cables leading to another generator on the level below will be highlighted. Charge the second generator, then follow the cable along, fixing the holes with your Web. This will eventually open the door leading to the Prowler Stash.
