Here are a few pointers on how to defeat a Hirabami in Monster Hunter Wilds.

  • Hirabami tends to stay in the air, but its tail will often be within reach. You can break its tail five times, so this is a good way to start.
  • The items it drops when you break its tail can be used as slinger ammo, and it's very effective against Hirabami. It'll deal a bunch of damage and bring it down to the ground, making it a far easier target.
  • Keep an eye on your stamina; the low temperatures of the environment may reduce it. Go in prepared with some Hot Drinks to battle the cold.
