There are four currencies in MultiVersus — Gleamium, Fighter Currency, Perk Currency, and Prestige Currency. Each of these fulfils a different role within the game. What Happened to Gold in MultiVersus?

Gold is an old currency that used to be featured in MultiVersus when the game was in open beta. However, after the game's full launch in 2024, Gold has been removed entirely, and is no longer part of MultiVersus. Any Gold you may have had prior to the game's 2024 launch will have been converted into special, commemorative cosmetics, depending on how much you earned in the open beta. Check your inventory for these items.
