You'll find the Music Box in the Lobby of the Lakeview Hotel, and to open it you first need to find the Ornamental Key. This is located in the Check-In room on floor 1F; you'll source it from the back wall along with the Room 312 Key. Use that to unlock the Music Box and you'll be presented with 3 plates overlapping one another with a pattern on them, and 3 empty places to put objects in. You'll need to explore the Lakeview Hotel to find them, solving other puzzles in the process. Below you'll find how to solve the Music Box puzzle in the Lobby.

Once you have the key to Room 107, sourced from the Conference Room on floor 3F, head there and out into the Garden area. In a gazebo in the back, you'll find the Fireplace Key. Take this back to the Conference Room and unlock the Fireplace, finding the Cinderella Figurine behind the door. Just be warned that you'll be attacked once you pick it up.

The Little Mermaid Figurine is found in front of the jukebox in the Venus Tears Bar. However, to gain access to the room, you'll need to stash all your items in a Cabinet and enter the Employee Section defenceless. You'll then work through the Basement and come out the other side to the Venus Tears Bar, where you can get your reward. Now we have the 3 Figurines in our inventory, return to the Music Box and place them inside. We now need to correctly position and rotate the 4 plates in the centre. Matching up the pathways the Figurines take once activated, here's the solution:

Music Box Puzzle Riddle Solution

When you press the button in the bottom-left corner above using the above solution, the camera will pan down to 3 riddles inscribed into the Music Box. You now need to turn the keys either the correct number of times / facing the correct direction. From their default positions, from left to right, turn the keys this many times:

  • 1st Key: 6 turns
  • 2nd Key: 5 turns
  • 3rd Key 1 turn
