Just like the other two games, Skill Points make a return in Spyro: Year of the Dragon in Spyro: Reignited Trilogy. Earning all the Skill Points unlocks art galleries for you to look at, so it's worth your time to collect them. As part of our Spyro: Reignited Trilogy guide, we've outlined each Skill Point in Spyro 3 and how to complete them. Once you're done, don't forget to take a look at our Skill Point guides for Spyro 1 and 2 as well:

Spyro: Reignited Trilogy - All Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon Skill Points and How to Complete Them
Here's a list of every Skill Point in Spyro 3 and how to complete them all.
Sunny Villa: Flame all trees
There are eight potted trees to be found throughout the level. All you need to do is track them down and use Spyro's flame breath on them.
Sunny Villa: Skateboard course record I
For this Skill Point, you need to beat the record in the skateboarding mini game. You need to score over 3,200 points by pulling off various tricks in the time limit. After a couple of goes, you should have this one nailed down.
Molten Crater: Assemble tiki heads
During the section of the level where you play as Sgt. Byrd, you're able to pick up five tiki heads. Place them all on the ground together to earn the Skill Point.
Molten Crater: Supercharge the wall
Go through the challenge portal near the Tiki Lodge. Moneybags will ask for 300 gems to let you through. Carry on and follow the left-hand wall down until you see a crack. Charge through at this point, then break the butterfly jar inside to earn the Skill Point.
Seashell Shore: Catch the funky chicken
The chicken in question can be found right near the end of the level, swimming laps through the tunnel. Charge into him and you'll nab the Skill Point.
Icy Peak: Glide to pedestal
At the start of the Supercharge track, you'll be able to see a pedestal on the left. Make your way around the track until you're about level with the pedestal, then glide across to it.
Enchanted Towers: Skateboard course record II
Another score-based challenge, you'll need to beat 10,000 points within the time limit. This will be harder than the previous skateboarding Skill Point, but it's definitely doable.
Spooky Swamp: Destroy all piranha signs
In the main section of the level, there are seven piranha signs to be found. Explore Spooky Swamp thoroughly and this Skill Point should give you no trouble.
Sgt. Byrd's Base: Bomb the gophers
In this Sgt. Byrd level, there are seven pesky gophers you need to take down. From an elevated position, bomb the critters as you come across them throughout the stage.
Frozen Altars: Beat yeti in two rounds
In the 'Box the Yeti Again!' challenge, you'll need to defeat the yeti in just two rounds. The tactic here boils down to spamming that square button as much as you can. This one may take a couple of tries.
Lost Fleet: Skateboard record time
In this final skateboarding challenge, you'll need to beat the time of one minute and 45 seconds. Some tricks will fill up your boost meter fast, and there are a couple of shortcuts to take advantage of, so utilise these to secure this Skill Point.
Fireworks Factory: Find Agent 9's powerup
When playing as Agent 9, stand in the exit to the first room, then turn back inside and enter sniper mode to look at the ceiling. Shoot the red switch and a machine gun power-up will drop.
Charmed Ridge: The Impossible Tower
This is one of the harder Skill Points to earn in Spyro 3. From where you find the Superflame power-up, climb the ladder and then glide to square block on the right. Glide to the rocks on the left and climb up to the highest point. You'll be able to see the Impossible Tower from here. All you need to do then is glide across to it.
Charmed Ridge: Shoot the temple windows
In the Sgt. Byrd section of the level, shoot the four windows of the temple to grab this Skill Point.
Bentley's Outpost: Push box off the cliff
This one's easy. At one point in the level, you'll need to push a metal crate out of your way. Simply push it further so that it falls off the cliff. Done.
Desert Ruins: Destroy all seaweed
There are seven fronds of seaweed to destroy in the underwater section where the manta ray is. They're all fairly close together, so this Skill Point is another pretty straightforward one.
Haunted Tomb: Swim into the dark hole
Near the start of the stage, a Golem will be throwing rocks at you. Swim up the stream behind him and into the dark hole to get this easy Skill Point.
Dino Mines: Hit all the seahorses
In the rapid water section of the level are four seahorses. As you pass through, you'll need to defeat them all to earn the Skill Point.
Dino Mines: Hit the secret dino
In an on-rails segment with Agent 9, there will be a point where you face three green Gunfighter Dinos. A red dinosaur will pass across the screen. Shoot him!
Agent 9's Lab: Blow up all palm trees
There are seven palm trees that need to be dealt with in this level. You'll get some bombs towards the end of the level — you need to use these on all the palm trees to get the final Skill Point in Spyro 3.
