Once Ellie’s inside the supermarket with Dina, you’ll have to put your gas mask on to protect yourself from spores. Squeeze through a gap in the wall and take a look at the Employee of the Month noticeboard; you’ll be referring to this later on.

Go through the metal door on the right and pick up the Artefact (See Also: The Last of Us 2: All Artefacts Locations) named Good Boy Combo.
