Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Wanting something new to play on PS5? Well, thankfully, there are lots of great games headed to the system over the next couple of months – and even a new console to consider (if you don't mind handing over a small fortune, that is)!

Silent Hill 2 - 8th October

A remake of 2001’s Silent Hill 2 – often thought of as the best of the series – comes to PS5 with all-new cutting-edge graphics on 8th October:

Take on the role of James Sunderland and venture into the mostly deserted town of Silent Hill in this highly anticipated remake of the 2001 classic. Drawn to this mysterious place by a letter from his wife, who died three years previously, James searches the town for any trace of his wife.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 - 25th October

A cinematic single-player campaign, a "best-in-class" multiplayer experience, and the return of Round-Based Zombies await in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6:

Sonic X Shadow Generations - 25th October

An all-new collection combining 'classic' and 'modern' Sonic series gameplay arrives on PS5 on 25th October:

Play as Shadow the Hedgehog in an all-new campaign featuring never-before-seen powers and abilities. Fans will enjoy this standalone adventure that shines a fresh light on his dark past.

Sonic X Shadow Generations also includes a complete remaster of the classic hit Sonic Generations, featuring newly remastered versions of iconic 2D and 3D stages with upgraded visuals and bonus content.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard - 31st October

Rally the Veilguard and defy the gods in the latest Dragon Age single-player RPG:

When a pair of corrupt ancient gods break free from centuries of darkness, the vibrant land of Thedas needs someone they can count on. Rise as Rook, Dragon Age’s newest hero. Be who you want to be and play how you want to play as you fight back and lead your team of seven companions, each with their own rich story. Together you will become The Veilguard.

PS5 Pro - 7th November

Ok, so it isn't a game, but it'd be wrong to ignore the fact that a brand new PlayStation console is launching on 7th November!

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake - 14th November

Beloved RPG Dragon Quest III is getting an HD-2D remake? And it launches on PS5 on 14th November? Oh, go on then...

Years ago, the great hero Ortega bid farewell to his wife and child as he set off on a quest to defeat the villainous Archfiend, Baramos. Ortega failed his quest, and Baramos still threatens the world.
