It's worth noting that European retailers have the game scheduled for November — which in our opinion would be the worst time to release the game with a certain Modern Warfare 2 around the corner.
It's strange y'know - it seems like every game is getting delayed at the moment. But we totally get the impression that stuff isn't getting delayed for the good of the product, instead it's opting to avoid Modern Warfare 2. While MAG stands no chance of outselling Modern Warfare, we think that if the game's good enough, a September release gives it plenty of time to steal some holiday shooter market. But has anyone really got the balls to pitch a new IP multiplayer shooting game when there's a blockbuster on the horizon?
