Still, such is the scarcity of news on Rockstar's highly anticipated (well, we're anticipating it) LA Noire title, we'll kill for anything. So here's the news: the game has a protagonist called Cole Phelps.

This has been revealed via a casting call which asks for "strong actors able to handle lots of dialogue". The actor casted the part of Cole Phelps will be asked to work 3 months through November to January to complete the role — suggesting the game's likely to be a very cinematic title.
