Because if they were handing out free knives here in England, the population would drop by a good 20,000. Thankfully, they're not giving out free knives in England, and the video game based ones they are giving out with preorders of The Saboteur, are only available from Gamestop - in America. Apparently it's an "exclusive Nazi knife". Which makes it even more awesome, right?
