It wasn't a simulation game, nor it was it an arcade game — it was somewhere in between. That made sliding around corners ridiculously satisfying.

Codemasters clearly understands the strength of its drift mechanic, with this DiRT 3 trailer focusing on a "trick track" in which cars slide under trucks for the sheer hell of it. Codies are promising a more traditional rally experience with DiRT 3. This trailer doesn't exactly show it off, but who cares, it still looks awesome.
