Expect A Big Emphasis On Final Fantasy XIII-2 At This Week's Tokyo Game Show.

The publisher has told fans to expect a firm release date at this week's Tokyo Game Show.

The game's director, Motomu Toriyama, also revealed some tasty pre-TGS details, announcing that those with a Final Fantasy XIII save on their system will unlcok bonuses in its sequel. In addition, XIII-2 will also include 150 monsters to raise, and Chocobo's will be ridable anywhere in the game.

XIII-2 will be a touch shorter than its predecessor, but given the amount of filler in that game, we'll take the streamlined experience.
