The Yakuza series is well regarded for its melodramatic plotlines and ridiculous minigames, but by bringing zombies into the fold, Yakuza: Dead Souls hopes to set a new precedent. The game’s launch trailer sums up the silly nature of the title by showing eye-patched series veteran Goro Majima doing his very best karaoke performance. We’re sure you’ll agree, it’s way scarier than any zombie invasion.

Yakuza: Dead Souls is due out this week exclusively on PlayStation 3. We cannot wait.
