It’s too hot for classic inglenook fireplaces here in the UK this week, but that’s not stopped the people of Skyrim from collecting around the hearth. Bethesda, the publisher of the critically acclaimed RPG, has filed a trademark for “Hearth Fire”, the latest in string of registrations relating to the popular title.
It’s unclear what the trademark pertains to just yet, but Fusible points out that it shares a name with one of Skyrim’s many novels, and is part of the game’s “2920” book series. Reading the in-game literature helps to improve your conjuration skills.
The trademark is the latest in a slew of similar registrations, suggesting that the publisher is finally completing its post release plans. The first DLC pack, Dawnguard, is set to be detailed at next week’s E3.
