If you’re keen to learn about the genesis of the air combo, Capcom has announced Marvel vs. Capcom Origins for the PlayStation Network. The digital bundle – set to release in September – collates the original Marvel vs. Capcom with Marvel Super Heroes. It’ll set you back $14.99.
The re-release promises multiple updates, including graphical filters, dynamic challenges and online play. It’ll make its first playable appearance at the EVO Championships this weekend.

I quite like Marvel Super Heroes so this is good news too.
Fun times playing Marvel vs Capcom on the Dreamcast, though I never played Marvel Super Heroes (was it in the arcades?) before so I'll be getting this.
Sweet, be nice to have have X-Men Vs Street Fighter and Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter on there as well. The Playstation versions were pretty bad.
@turtlelink
Yup, it was in the arcades
@shonenjump86 Yeah I'm hoping for those too; X-Men vs. Street Fighter is ace but I just sold my copy to a friend. Marvel vs. Street Fighter I was never big on, but I really liked Marvel Super Heroes. Will be great to play it 'arcade perfect'.
If this sells well I hope they bring over X-Men: Children of the Atom too.
@ James
I still have Marvel Vs Capcom on Dreamcast but I'm still getting this and it will be nice to play an arcade perfect version of Marvel Super Heroes. Day 1 purchase
