Few can touch Sony when it comes to artistic experiences at the moment. The platform holder is constantly breaking new ground with its experimental endeavours, and Japan Studio’s latest PSN exclusive Rain is no exception. Announced during the platform holder’s GamesCom 2012 press conference yesterday, the ambitious title tackles the subject of an invisible world brought to life by, er, rain.
Check out the trailer below for a tear-jerking overview of the chief gameplay mechanics. There’s a hint of ICO to the download's minimalistic presentation and fixed camera position. We can’t wait to see more of this in the coming months.

there are so many great games for the ps3...if only half are for the vita
@JavierYHL I imagine the visual style of this game will work better on a big screen. I wouldn't worry man, there's a TON coming to Vita.
echo comment I made about Debussy's Clair de Lune on a previous article.
Looking rather nice!
This is great. I'm really looking forward to this game. Loving the trailer, thanks for posting it! This and Tearaway were the stars of Sony's part of GamesCom, imo. I hope Clair de Lune plays through the whole game just to annoy zezhyrule! : )
Rain kinda makes me think this is Sony's take on Lost in Shadow for Wii.
Huh? How'd I miss this? This looks absolutely brilliant. Another must-have game from Sony's GamesCom showing.
@ThreadShadow: Not my fault that all I could think about during the trailer was the nasty music being played.
Okay maybe it is my fault a little bit.
