Square Enix has conjured up a brand new trailer for its PlayStation 3 exclusive compilation Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. The video shows off a string of cut-scenes from the upcoming re-master, and sets it all to a heartwarming tune. As lovely as the short is, we’re a little concerned by the framerate in the gameplay sections – but as the publisher points out, this is an early build. Considering the game’s already out in Japan, though, we’re not sure how much more the actual presentation’s going to get optimised in the build up to its western release later this year.

Oh gosh, see what you mean about the framerate, Sammy. Let's face it, if it's already out in Japan it's highly unlikely they'll optimise it for the Western audience alone - that's not the publishers job.
@Superconsole Yup. There's no reason for these HD remasters to ever stray from 60FPS really. God of War II was silky smooth on PS3, and that was arguably the most visually accomplished title of the gen. Disappointing.
People, people, this is the exact same trailer that was shown on jump festa 2013, on december 2012, so it is normal that there are still problems with the framerate and stuff :/
love kingdom hearts will be buying day 1...
