Former Ouya exclusive TowerFall is coming to the PlayStation 4 in early 2014, Canadian indie developer Matt Thorson has announced. The competitive platformer was revealed for the next generation console during Spike TV's big next generation launch event overnight, and was the cause of Sony Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida's previously reported surprise.
"For the uninitiated, TowerFall is a local multiplayer combat game about using archery to destroy your friends," Thorson explained on the PlayStation Blog. "It’s fast-paced, intense, and strategic, with nuanced controls, one-hit kills, and limited ammo. It’s very simple to learn and almost anyone can play, but if you spend more time with it you’ll find many layers of hidden depth waiting to be discovered."
In addition to a whopping 50 additional levels, four fresh archers, and six new power-ups, the PS4 re-release will also boast a brand new co-operative quest mode. Has this climbed straight to the top of your next generation wishlist? Let us know in the comments section below.

So this is good? Sorry, Im not trolling just honestly asking, this was never on my radar...
I was excited to hear about it, though I've only seen it played in a few video reviews. Of the reviews that I've seen, this game is THE reason to get an Ouya, and one of the reviewers said that he'd gladly pay the $100 (or whatever it costs) JUST because this game is worth it. So, with that, I'll conclude by stating I'm excited for it, and I plan to buy it when it's released.
