Indie side-scrolling Minecraft-esque smash Terraria is set to start digging onto the PlayStation Vita this week, publisher 505 Games has announced. The title will scoop out its bucket and spade on 11th December in Europe, with a North American release set to rise out of the procedurally generated dirt a little later on 17th December.
Those of you eager to engage in a spot of futuristic cross-play goodness will be able to prepare yourselves by downloading an update for the PlayStation 3 version right now. According to a forum post by the abovementioned company, more news will be shared on the PlayStation Blog soon. Are your nimble fingers itching over the prospect of this portable port? They and Sony have been saying "it's out this week" for 3-4 weeks now so I'll believe it when I see it running on my Vita.
hmm.... I think, it may be a little too late for me, now I have PS4 and Starbound on PC. I don't think I am willing to shell out more than £6.00 GBP for it (I bought originally on the PC for £5.43p )
FINALLY!!!
No confirmation of Cross-Buy :/ kinda makes me think it won't happen.
Hopefully it has Ad Hoc... Me and my buddies always play this thang, it'd be cool if we could still play at school.
Stop the press!!!!!! I will believe it when I see it.
about diggin time! forever waiting since the good old yesteryear of spring
