Adding to the copious amount of limited edition consoles already available in Japan is a newly announced Arslan: The Warriors of Legend PlayStation 4, which is based upon the upcoming hack and slash title from Dynasty Warriors developer Omega Force.
Perhaps it's not worth getting too excited over, though, as the machine's simply a standard version of Sony's latest with a fancy hard drive cover, but it does come in both black and white variations. The PlayStation manufacturer's clearly got a hand in this, too, as it's only available from the Sony Store.
However, the funniest part of this is that the device doesn't even come with a copy of the game that it's tied to, which seems a bit daft, but we suppose that we're just used to nothing but bundles over here in the UK.
In any case, do you like what you see? Is the design an elegant addition or a pointless inclusion? Let us know if you'd snap this up in the comments section below.

I think in some cases its fine not to include the game. Who knows, the game might be bad but people might still want the console due to its design.
The black version is gorgeous
Why they don't just put out them faceplates is beyond me. I've caught the new 3ds bug a while back and I own like 15 of those cover plates now. I don't know how I can put this in a way that doesn't make me seem like a 13 yo girl, but I just love to mix and match
I would very much like to swap my PS4 faceplate every now and then, mostly depending on the game I'm playing. And they should also look into those USB covers like we' ve seen with the Dragon Quest PS4: how awesome would it be to have Nathan Drake barely holding on to your PS4 looking down in a pretend cliff or have Sackboy sitting on your console, his little feet dangling in the front of the PS4?
