This week's Nightfall Strike in Destiny appears to be buggered, as players can't seem to get past a certain point in the activity. The Strike in question is the Sunless Cell - you know, where you fight that big sword git in the dark - but a bug is preventing Guardians from getting anywhere the rather cool boss fight.
Fortunately, Bungie says that it's on the case. "We are aware of reported issues with the weekly Nightfall and are investigating," the company stated on Twitter. We're sure it'll probably be fixed soon, then, but we're just letting you know that you'll be wasting your time by trying it right now.
Are you still playing Destiny or did you have no idea that this was even a problem? Don't forget to dance while you wait for a fix in the comments section below.

I haven't bothered with the Nightfall strikes for months now. The rewards are not worth the effort and the new format (yr2) has ruined the challenge too. Its hardly 'end game' when you are over 300 light.
In truth I haven't really played Destiny for a while now. I did jump in briefly just to collect my freebies and did the daily mission so I acquire the 'emblem' but as far as the game goes, I have exhausted all meaningful content. I could do the 'Hard Kings Fall Raid' for the 310+ gear but finding a team for the 'chance' to get something I want isn't worth the hassle. I would play with friends from here if they wanted to give the Raid ago but I am not bothering to find a team of randoms for that.
I am waiting for the next significant additions - ones that actually are worth bothering with - either because it gives me an opportunity of 'exotic weapons/gear' or is an expansion on the story. I have no interest in another 'festival of light' or sparrow racing addition.
This comes as a surprise.
What with year one being absolutely perfect with great design decisions and so on…
